SUPER SKIMPY ON THE MEAT!!!!
I got 5 pieces of turkey on a footlong sandwich, so little!
When I went in and said I had an online order, the lady at the counter told me in a harsh tone that I should “just look at the pick up rack”… like I was severely bothering her.
Rude staff, under-proportioned food.
After a full footlong, I’m still hungry…

Very disappointed woman inside put no meat on my cheese stake sub lathered my meatball sub with souse that made the untire bread soggy when I came back to the store and asked her to remake it because she made both wrong she refused and told me she made it rite I grabbed my cheese stake sub and took the pinch of meat off and told her out of all my years going to subway I have never gotten just 2 little fingers of meat that it’s not made probably and she told me to get out of her store worst customer service ever and I have worked in customer survice for 10 years this is the worst I have seen.

Absolutely PITIFUL!!! Ordered the Titan Turkey sandwich today which is advertised as: The Titan Turkey is big enough to stand up to any appetite! With 33% MORE* turkey, 2x provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo all on our Artisan Italian bread. You’ll enjoy a meal fit for a titan! *33% more meat than Classic Sandwich portion. Below is the menu picture next to what I actually received. Subway should be absolutely ashamed of this level of service.

I use to go here when the other guy was there but as of the past month or so the people that have been there has horrible customer service. Very very slow and today they were coughing and sneezing (yes both of them). How can ANYONE think that this is okay? You are working around food and open food! This was my last try. Maybe with subway in general because that was truly disturbing.

I previously held a favorable opinion of this establishment; however, my recent experience has once again proven disappointing. The quality of service and product received fell short of expectations. Despite the straightforward nature of crafting a sandwich, our order—a chicken cheese footlong—was notably lacking, containing only four small pieces of chicken. Moreover, when my daughter sought to address the matter with a staff member, she was met with discourteous remarks from a middle-aged woman of Asian descent, who suggested she should have provide a more generous tip. Such behavior is not only impolite but also demonstrates a lack of professionalism.

I wanted to give this place a couple of chances before I had to stop ignoring the facts. The food is Not fresh. When I go to subway I order the same sandwich no matter the location, on three accounts the olives, pickles, onions and greens are visibly out for too long. Today broke the camels back because I threw up the sandwich on my way home. I was stunned…yes the staff is friendly the inside itself is neat but the food is left out and does not agree with my taste buds nor stomach. Please do something about this

I eat here often when in town for work. While it’s still a Subway I gave them 5 stars because they do a great job. This location is clean, the staff is friendly, they give generous portions, and they take pride in their work and it shows.

I was told by one of the ladies “don’t come back here” and that I bother them. I always come from work to stop by as it was once my favorite store in the area. I won’t be coming back. That’s not how you treat your customers.
