Ordered food and two drinks through the app, went in to pick it up and got no drinks, employee was incredibly rude about it when I asked, and said you can’t order coffee through the app as if I was supposed to know, and that they didn’t have the soda I ordered, that there would be no refund and I would have to ‘go through the app’. She was incredibly rude and acted as though my presence annoyed her. I just left. Never had an experience this bad at a restaurant, no wonder this location is empty all of the time.

The first issue I had was with rewards, I EARNED a free drink and the code wasn’t working instead of giving any suggestions or try to promo it she asked did I want to take it off so instead I just ordered it online, that was fine , but when I ordered my food I asked for fresh tator tots, they instantly handed me a box, no fresh tots made that’s fine but then the what really top the cake I also ordered a coffee I waited 20 minutes for a coffee, the manager is super rude and does not know how to properly conduct business I’ve worked for fast food and this was the worst experience I’ve had, on top of my bacon half raw no napkin anywhere in site

Haven’t gone to a Hardee’s in over a year due to being disappointed in the food. It seems to have declined a bunch in the last 5 years. Anyway, got my burger which had catsup all over the top of the bun and just thrown together. The fries were almost cold with staff about as nonchalant as I’ve seen. Probably will not be in Hardee’s again with prices what they are, and plenty of competition. Lost me as a customer!

We ate in the dining area. Took 20 mins to get our food because we were forgotten. Was given a small when a large was ordered. Tables and booth was not clean. There appeared to be food splattered on the outside window from an unhappy customer. I do like this restaurant and never have had this trouble before. Today was not the best experience. Staff was nice and the atmosphere was quiet.

Do not expect a good sweet tea. It was God awful. The burger looked like an episode off spondgebob when he refused to throw a crabby patty away and it looked like a few days old. The fries were hot but tasted like crap. Never wasting my time or money at this location again. First and last visit to this establishment.

Cashier was great! We had a party of 5 to dine in. All food orders were bagged individually to go and took 20 minutes, I thought it would be hot and fresh but fries were cold and sandwiches were warm. One had the wrong sandwich and when made right, it wasn’t hot.

working in Danville, I’ve been here 3 times now and 100% now they have given me wrong orders! and I’m not being overly critical — simple straight off the menu orders, like ordered a super star and got a single star, ordered sausage biscuit no cheese, got cheese melted all over the sausage… mentioned this to coworkers and their reply was; “oh yea, everyone around here knows they cannot get an order right”.
soooo, I reckon management doesn’t care what so ever and just let it continue. I reckon if you are into mystery surprise food in the bag, give them a go
