The food was just okay. I thought I would try just a double cheeseburger and just to get a feel for the food. Of course.Back in the day when it was across the street from southeast high school It was phenomenal. But on the wall, inside the store, they do have a lot of burgers that they won awards here in wichita, and I didn’t try any of those. I thought that if I started out with a simple double cheeseburger to see how I like that.I would move on to something else. Now I may go back and try to see if I enjoy their award Winning burgers and to see see if I like them or anything else on the menu. I was not extremely impressed with the simple double.Cheeseburger with fries. I truly expected more.And maybe that’s why I was a little bit disappointed. It is very close to my house. So I probably will stop in again. And give it another chance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and it was a different group of people in the lobby eating.And I like that kind of environment.

Just stopped in for my second taste at closing time and managed to meet the owner. They accepted my apology and still presented top notch service and atmosphere. This time I tried the Kahuna burger and I will recommend this to anyone that asks. Was so fresh, every flavor accented eachother, and im looking forward to becoming a regular.

My boys and I finally made it over to Southeast Carry Out – a place I had heard/read about for years but had yet to visit. It did not disappoint! Fast and friendly service was evident from the get-go, the burgers and fries were all great, and the we even had the manager (or owner?) swing by the table for a friendly check-in before we finished.

A really cool place. The food is really good too! The Burgers are really innovative, and they help the local community. The only gripe I have is that the location is so far away from where I live lol. But seriously I would recommend coming here.

This is the second consecutive order where a burger (this time was the Yippiee-ki-yay burger) has been missing upon delivery. I’ve attached photos for reference.
It seems there may be a recurring issue on the store’s end when inputting the order into their kitchen system. I’ve experienced this both during peak hours and off-peak (around 2pm), so timing doesn’t appear to be the cause.
Please investigate and ensure the full order is properly processed moving forward.

Burgers and sides are great. It just doesn’t matter when you don’t get your entire order. We don’t have a vehicle so we depend on at least getting the correct amount of items we purchased.

I see why they won best burger competitions. This place has a small town vibe with excellent food! We had the Mushroom Cloud burger and Breakfast burger both were easily some of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Top tier place! Will definetly stop here again

Usually one my favorites! Disappointed this time.
Ordered a Plain cheeseburger (no veggies, none). Got one with onion, lettuce, pickle and ketchup. Ordered fries (2). Got severely dry, over salted fries. Couldn’t finish more than half.

Ordered grubhub. Yippee Kyya burger and a chili dog with tator tots. Burger was good, wish I removed the fresh onions. Chili dog was ok but tator tots hit the spot.
