I placed my order through the Taco Bell app. The service was fast and friendly, and my food was put together really well. The cheesy potatoes were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell—usually they’re a bit hard from sitting, but these were perfect. My beefy burrito was also well made, not falling apart or leaking like I’ve had happen at other locations.

The only downside was the dining area. The trash in the bathroom was overflowing, and almost all of the tables were dirty except for one.

Overall, the food and service were excellent, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved.

I just got here but the lady at the desk was very very nice and helpful she directed me to my room told me where to park told me exactly where to go they got great food selection they even got places to gamble if you want The room for exceptionally nice and there’s a Walmart right across the street I’m here for work so I was really shocked about it being such a nice place lol very nice

Let me start off with saying the new luxe menu is fantastic. Taco Bell you’ve got a winner. My mini taco salad was so darn cute its tiny but filling. And the shell and toppings were plentiful and fresh. For under $3 this is a great small meal or snack. I also got ghe new dip and chips. That bowl was full of beans, meat,cheese both nachos and shredded,pico and I added sour creme delicious with the fresh chips. I then added the crispy chicken Avacado taco not a new lure menu item but one of my favorites. It was stuffed so full of chicken and toppings. Fantastic job today guys I left full and satisfied. I gave a 4 on service because after paying at the counter I was not handed my cup for my drink but the manager saw me waiting by the touch screens and gave it to me. I was a bit disappointed to park in handicapped and see the sidewalk and not been cleared. I was terrified as I slipped last Jan 2025 and ripped my knee completly apart shattered my knee cap ny 6 inches it has since needed further surgery. My other knee needs replaced so going out of my car onto snow and ice is exstreamly dangerous for handicapped people. Please clear those spots and sidewalk so elderly those disabled can come inside to eat. Thank you!

Went through drive through for dinner and person taking orders listened to about half of what I was saying. Got home part of our order was wrong. Drinks with ice that we asked no ice in. No straws no napkins no sauce that we asked for. Not a good way to work a drive through. When people go through a drive through they are expecting the employees inside to get the order right the first time. It’s not like your eating inside dining area and you can walk back to counter and say hey y’all forgot this and this and this. Customers shouldn’t have to second guess if their order is right then sit at the drive through window going through their order making sure it’s right. If we have to do that then all that’s gonna do is make customers behind the car at window get mad waiting while you double check your order. I worked customer service for 20 years and it’s the little things that matter most to a customer.

Did a mobile order on the app. Said it would be ready at 1:19. I waited until 1:33 for my food to be put on the counter. Staff was arguing behind the counter most of the time I waited. Got home and both enchilada burritos were pre-ripped in their wrappers and the sauce that oozed out of the rip caused them to be completely glued to the wrapper. Won’t be coming back.

I had to wait an extended period of time for someone to acknowledge i wanted to make an order when only I and one other person were in the lobby. A person on the makeline in the far back finally asked if ive been helped. Multiple employees seen me waiting at the counter and Noone approached me until the makeline employee from the back of the store asked if ive been helped! Food was mediocre. And my order was inputted wrong and I had to voice out if they heard it correctly! First time there probably the last time. I only had two items on my order. Crunchwrap supreme with chicken instead of beef and a cheese roll up.

Extremely unpredictable. As someone who gets off work at 11pm most nights, Taco Bell and McDonald’s are usually my only dinner options if I’m wanting to eat out. After working 11+ hours while looking forward to nacho fries and a cheesy double beef burrito all day, I go through the drive through, get home, and quickly realize why the service was so fast. Barely any fries, like, barely half of the way full, and my cheesy double beef burrito is more like a cheesy sprinkle-of-beef burrito, made with flaming hot rice, which could have been extremely dangerous if i happened to be a little old lady. This happens to me at least every other visit. Employees also handle food and cash with the same pair of gloves. Just a girl trying to get what I’m expecting after a long day. Do better TB☹️

This Taco Bell is terrible. I tried the new Dragon Fruit slush and it was alright nothing I would go back to get specifically get! The new Double Stack $5 box is just a humongous tortilla shell with meat, shredded cheese and nacho cheese. It came with two tacos and one was pretty much crushed. All in all I paid $5 for a lot of tortilla and 2 tacos.

Made custom order. I ordered 2 steak gordita crunches and added nacho cheese and sour cream. Very disappointed in how poorly they are made. It cost more and I got less I just don’t get it. Also potatoes have a short hold time. Make them fresh or keep them fresh. I have worked at taco bell. There’s no excuse. No straws either.
