Reviews
First of all, I’m a chef owner, and today I wanted to personally try this restaurant after seeing so many great reviews. I have to say, I was impressed from the moment I walked in.
The ambiance is beautiful and romantic — perfect for couples, whether you’ve been in love for years or are just starting your journey together. The lighting, the setup, the overall vibe… it just feels right.
The food was absolutely delicious. Well-balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful presentation. Every dish felt carefully crafted. On top of that, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Truly impressed — and I will definitely be coming back.
If you’re looking for a spot for date night, this is it.
Finished off the night with a shot of espresso & the cookie skillet topped with peanut butter ice cream. Will return to try other things on the menu.
We did make reservations ahead of time, do recommend doing that as they seemed pretty busy. Out server was extremely nice & attentive all night.
Dark manhattan was a great combo with it and the other people in my party shared the salad and the pizza.
Service was friendly and quick as well! We would gladly come back when we are in the area! Highly recommend checking it out!
FYI – We tried the scallop dip, the rigatoni, the pancetta pizza, the hygge cocktail, gin and juice, and the pear bread pudding.
We ordered half the items off the happy hour menu and every bite was excellent. My favorite was the pear+gorgonzola pizza, really excellent crust and the sweet and umami worked well together. The menu items (at least happy hour items) are a bit on the smaller side, so may need to order a bit more than you’d expect.
Ambience is very cozy and I thought the decor looked nice.
The first time was on Valentine’s Day and it was super busy, so I thought that might be the reason. I came back during happy hour when it was pretty empty, but the smell was still noticeable and the air felt kind of stuffy. I think they just have bad ventilation. For the prices and the kind of standard I think they are aiming for, I just didn’t expect it to smell like that.
