I’ve been going to the TorC pizza hut for years now. They are always polite and kind and when I had ARFID it was the only thing I ate and they were able to remember not only me but my mother. At some point I never needed to say what I wanted when ordering because they already knew. It’s always been a great and kind environment for as long as I could remember. Thank you pizza hut !

So I drove by today and briefly saw a sign they were having some special for $7.99 that I didn’t catch all the details to. Logged into the website it’s not there so I called. They have an international helpline where the girl had no idea about my area how to pronounce “Ben Archer Health Clinic” (super difficult) or what specials the management had put out. I’ve been trying to give them a chance for years and it’s just the worst place in town.
Look at them having their relatives in the reviews calling them out by name to praise them. It’s almost funny.
Oh I called the local 894 number btw not some 1-800-pizza line I’ve dialed that number dozens of times.

We ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and they gave us hand tossed instead. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, so we couldn’t pull it apart and it tore. We asked for the wings well done and they were all soggy and under cooked. They did not brings us plates nor offered if we wanted Parmesan or red pepper. I had to go to the counter three times to ask for different things. Waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything or everything was ok.

Best customer service ever!!! I made a mistake on my end and the manager Marcus made it right for me he doesn’t know how much this means to me and my family!! I don’t know why the low reviews because we frequent T or C pizza hut and they are always on point I appreciate the great customer service thanks so much!!

Worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! We sat down and had to wait in line for over 15 minutes with one customer ahead. Ordered and sat down and had to wait another 50 minutes before receiving our food. I get they got online orders but we watched multiple people come in and order, receive their food and leave. And When the food did come out it was cold!also waiting an additional 25 minutes for our breadsticks. We’re absolutely starving so ate anyways. Not to mention the entire time staff was arguing and yelling at each other, throwing stuff around In anger, which made our entire experience anxiety ridden just with that itself. I love to stop here when I’m in town but never again!!!!

i just ordered a 16 pc boneless and they were perfectly cooked and they gave us extra sauce on the bottom. The worker Brandon came to my table to make sure we were all okay multiple times.

I ordered online and it said it would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. I then waited in the store an aditional 30 minutes for my order to be complete. Obviously my pizza and dessert were ready way before my bread sticks, because my breadsticks were piping hot and my pizza and dessert were luke warm @ best. I understand it was a Friday evening and they were busy, but I’d much rather be given a realistic time and wait at home then stand around for 30 minutes after coming in when they said it would be ready.

We stopped in today on our last night in the area until next fall. We hoped for a better expertience than previously. Our app still wouldn’t work to order ahead for this location. The appetizer was quick, but my boneless wings were delivered 15 min ahead of my husband’s pizza. Not only that, but 8 boneless wings included three the size of McNuggets. Our waitress said that they passed the “criteria” for a wing.
The pizza “half stuffed” crust was nearly, if not over, a 1/4 of each slice.
Pizza Hut used to be a favorite. We will be back here next winter, but we won’t order from a Pizza Hut here or in our homestate, again.

I took my husband and kids out to eat dinner as a family after a long week. I parked in the middle aisle like always, ever since I was a kid. The lady who sat us down was not as friendly/nice as you should be as someone greeting and sitting guests down. We were looking at the menu when the GM was loud and rude when telling us to move our car out of the spot because they just couldn’t drive their cars behind mine. My car was not blocking anyone in or out, I was not in the driveway. My car was lined up with the rock wall as always. When I walked out there, I could literally drive a dully truck behind my car with someone else parked behind me and have plenty of room. He didn’t approach us correctly or professionally and was not talking to us working eat distance. He was raising his voice across the restaurant. He wanted me to move my car in the front row. So I did, and because of his ignorance, I was now having to park in a spot that was cramped to where I was hanging in the handicapped spot. His drivers were coming into the parking lot way too fast. Then when I got back to the table, he was yelling at an employee about waiting two hours before going on a smoke break, which we could hear really clear across the restaurant. The employee grabbed their things and left because of it. Me husband and I no longer liked the environment of the restaurant. The waitress came to ask what we wanted and I said we were paying for drinks and leaving due to an unfriendly manager, environment and completely unprofessional. She said they redid the parking lot and took out those parking spots. I told her that was unprofessional and rude and I shouldn’t hear someone getting chewed out in the back. I used to be a manager and we were taught how to be professional and the environment was not family friendly. And they should repaint their lot and work on customer service skills. My husband and I decided to take our kids to Sidekixx for dinner instead. Best decision!

I recently lost my house to a fire and the nicest kindest most dearest worker named brandon helped me out so much he gave me pizza for a discount and free water and offered to help me pay for a hotel room with his tips. SOOOOOO generous!!!!!
