I went to go grab a sandwich today and there were two young men that were working tonight. Unfortunately, I did not get their names but they were extremely kind, personable and made my sandwich amazing. They made sure to take time to make the sandwich how I wanted it and they had a great attitude throughout the process! Those guys were amazing! 10/10

Brayden made my sandwich and he did fantastic. When I asked him to go light on the tomato he took the time to cut them in half. He actually put the proper amount of guac on the sandwich instead of skimping out like most subways do. 10/10 will be returning.

I couldn’t believe how long it took to get a meatball sub with only 2 people in line in front of me. Finally it was finished and the guy just left it sitting on the counter unwrapped and getting cold while he went and got the next person’s order started. I sat there at the register for probably 5 minutes with my credit card out staring at my completed sandwich sitting there. It was not busy! 🙁

Ordered sandwiches and a 6 pack of cookies. Sandwiches were good, but they missed my no mayo request on my BLT. Cookies were barely baked, almost like a big clump of cookie dough. I have ordered at this Subway several times and I’ve always been happy with it. Maybe they had an off day. They were pretty busy.

We went there for dinner tonight, purchased 2 footlong subs with a coupon for $12.99 and a third sub that was a 6 inch sub… we also received 3 chips and 3 soft drinks… however, asked for a drink carrier, employee stated they DO NOT have them.. WHY NOT??? People can’t drive down the road holding 3 cups!!
Then after getting home, we noticed the girl who made our order charged us for 3 footlong subs instead of 2 footlong and a 6 inch sub! The entire time this girl made our subs talked down at the food and didn’t even make eye contact… I attempt to call the number on the receipt with only getting that they are closed and to leave a message… no way to speak to someone directly! Looked them up online and got an 800 number and still not able to speak with anyone! I guess we need to rethink about getting subs from subway for now on!!! Poor customer service!

The worlds slowest workers, waited at least 10 mins before being helped, and an additional 20 AFTER it was made. She did not switch gloves after helping someone else, had sauce all over her gloves and got it all over the toppings, had a string hanging off of her sleeve that was touching all the food, AND burnt the sandwich. Worst experience ever. These people will be working at subway the rest of their lives.

I don’t leave many negative reviews. But when I have to repeat myself 30 times because your employee forgets what I ordered less than a second after I say it.
Me: “just a little sauce please”
Sandwich artist: *squirts half the bottle of Chipotle on a 6″ sub, keeps making the sandwich as if nothing happened*
Me: “I’d like a little giardinara on the side please”
Sandwich artist: *dumps giardinara directly on the sandwich* learn to LISTEN and you won’t get bad reviews.

My mother went to order subway and she told me their was only one person doing there job and the other 2 were just messing around, 1 didn’t even have their uniform. And none of them wore hats, so I hope there’s no hair in our food. Overall terrible customer service.
