The drive thru cashier was very sweet. But when I called to let them know I was not given an item, the manager argued I didn’t even order that. I told her I have the receipt, but she argued that my meal didn’t even come with the item… BUT IT’S ON MY RECEIPT! She continued to argue, there’s no winning, I just hung up. Very unprofessional, reflects very poorly on this location.

I’ve been to this Jack-in-the-Box many times, and whenever I asked for a cup of hot water through drive thur, the associates have always given me a cup of hot water in place of my meal as the Fountain drink or even if I didn’t order a meal. I’ve gotten a cup of hot water numerous times maybe over 10 times. But today the associate told me she couldn’t give it to me because the water was “too hot” umm yeah I know it’s hot. It’s for my hot tea…so stupid but okay.
She said they have never gave out hot water before and if her other co workers did in the past well then they weren’t supposed to. what’s the problem with giving out a cup of hot water I’ve been asking for it for over a year or years

Nice place to get fast food. We stopped by to get egg rolls and tacos here and they tasted great.
They also open 24 hours everyday.

June 25 2025 about 11 am. I ordered a buttery smash sandwich and I have been sick to my stomach with vomiting and diarrhea. When I was almost done with the sandwich. I opened up and looked. The mayonnaise was brown. I had gotten a smash jack burger before and it didn’t make me sick this time it did. I wish you were employees would check to see if the food is no good or not before they send it out in drive-through now I never want to go to Jack-in-the-Box again.

Revised this. I was dumb enough to give this location another chance, and they left me and another customer standing in line in the lobby for at least 10 minutes. Never even acknowledged us. We both left. I went to the other location across town, and they were great. Your employees are not providing good customer service. They aren’t even trying.

Admittedly I don’t eat at JITB very often, and was disappointed that the sausage grande breakfast burrito is no more. Was able to get the meat lover’s and sub out the bacon and ham for more sausage, but it was missing that all important creamy Sriracha sauce.
Was pleased to get French fries cooked in fresh oil that was not burned (ie read my review of the another location on So Main St that should be shut down).

Everyone here is super nice, especially Caro! They always take your order with the smile, and are happy to help you. If you have coupons, this is the place you want to use them as well. They never give you an attitude when you hand them a coupons like some other fast food restaurants.

Even though there was no one getting food at all and we got our food during slower hours (4:30pm), the food came fast and super hot (burned my mouth, which in my opinion is good because that means it’s safe to eat and hasn’t just been sitting in a food warmer). The tacos, chicken nuggets, and fries were all crispy and crunchy. So, the food was fresh and somewhat more made to order than it would be at other places. 4 stars instead of 5 just because the tacos were super greasy and the taco shell was super stale/old and chewy, but the taco meat itself was good. Posted this review within 15 minutes of getting and eating my meal.

The last time I went here the cook who was preparing my food was not using gloves. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get to record him. It was disgusting! The cook was touching everything with his bare hands from opening the freezer, to pushing buttons till wrapping the food up in the wrapper. My order was made through the app so I never got a refund, even after talking to the d location manager multiple times. I will never go here ever again.
