Jersey Mike’s is proof that an excellent and consistent product plus outstanding customer service can be achieved. Compared to Jersey Mike’s, other Sub places have lost their way.
Being a creature of habit I ordered the Original Italian and did it Mike’s way – it is a sure thing every time.
The staff is friendly and super efficient with just the right amount of speed + careful time and attention. They are not going to rush you… but your sandwich will be ready pretty darn fast.
I’ll be passing by from time to time, and I’ll be stopping in for sure.

placed order on app showed up 5min after estimated pickup time. never received my sub 50 minutes later terrible team leader or person in charge. its OK tho I sat and watched the online orders print out the machine and fall on floor and placed back on top counter where make subs probably why my order got sent to rear. ill stick to rehoboth or millsboro for now on.

Garbage!!!! 15.00 for a little garbage sub. I could have went across the street in Georgetown Delaware to the Exxon and paid 15.00 for full size cheesesteak with better quality. Very bad experience and never going back…
