I absolutely adored this seafood truck. The food is incredibly delicious, and the aguachiles are my personal favorite. Everything on the menu is mouthwatering. The sauces are flavorful, though they may be a bit spicy. The staff is very friendly, and there’s ample seating available. I can’t wait to return and try the siete mares (sevens sea) soup.

They do not skimp on the seafood! My mixed tostada was piled high, well-flavored with lime and yummy volcano salsa, and expertly prepared. I didn’t know octopus could be so tender! Staff was super nice. The lady taking orders was joking with customers and singing along with the playlist. Lots of locals at lunchtime. Selection of sauces and chillies for topping tacos. I believe they only do the 99 cent tacos on Tuesdays now. Good vibes, great food, will be back.

I know what you’re thinking; yes, it is a food truck. Now, if you are a person who only looks at atmosphere then no matter what anyone says, you’ll hate this place so stop reading my review.
Now that I got your attention, this place is a GOLD MINE for the owners. The grilled shrimp tacos are amazing; the BEST I have ever had. The dipping salsa just adds to the culinary experience. The surrounding tables are clean and provide a covered place to enjoy your food.
My Spanish is not that great but these folks understand that – just point to the picture and that is all it takes. Check out the menu pictures – I had the shrimp tacos on the middle-left on the picture menu board. YOU. WILL. NOT. REGRET. IT.

This place lives up to the Hype!!! I can’t tell you how Amazing this food is. I ordered the todtadas mixtas and was blown away! Not only are the portions are insanely generous, the quality has to be the best I have ever had. Fresh and full of flavors in every bite! You have to try this place.
The service is also hands down the best! Customer service comes naturally to this family! You feel it the moment they greet you with a smile and genuine care. It’s because they know you will LOVE their food. They handed me a small cup of caldo while I waited for my order and it was soooo good!

We love their food truck! We order by phone or wait to get our order there. They give you soup to die for while you wait! El Guero has a funny sense of humor! It looks like it’s family run and the lady that takes the orders is great too! We highly recommend El Guero! Our order is always Perfect!

SO GOOD. Yes it’s a food truck, and you eat outside at picnic tables or get it to go.
Simply delicious. We had fish tacos and grilled shrimp tacos, both excellent. Lots of great sauces and extras available. Free yummy soup while you wait!

I love this food truck. Best fish tacos in town according to my palate! I’m addicted. I’m there every week, even if its not Tuesday. Community picnic tables let’s me talk to nice strangers who also like good quality food. Extensive menu. The complimentary soup is delicious. I buy it in the winter to warm me up. They speak English well for gringas like me. Check it out. Lots of parking.

I normally don’t write reviews but I just had to for this food truck. I come from El Paso for an appointment and I came with a friend. As soon we came they were already greeting us the staff were friendly. My friend ordered for me, she ordered me tacos empanizados. And omg there were good. Also while we waited for our food they gave us a cup of caldillo which I love, I’m obsessed. I would come again for sure. I highly recommend this food truck.
