The food here is pretty basic. Fast food type burgers and fries. The service is good. I was greeted when I entered and promptly helped. The fun thing about this place is the environment. You can eat indoors or outdoors, and they have a playground for the kids. If you have kids, I’d definitely recommend going here. If you don’t, you won’t miss out on much food-wise.

I had been wanting to stop by here on 78 at Hat Creek to check it out and now im telling myself how in the world had i not been here before!? This place has some of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. They are everything you want a burger to be. From. The juicy burger patty to the fresh vegetables and their fries are so delicious. I’ve eyed menu and definitely coming around for more. Their dinning areas are comfy and give you a homey kinda vibe with an awesome kiddie area for them to enjoy. And TVs for us.

I went to Hat Creek the first time earlier this month for a celebration for my daughter’s soccer team, and I am VERY impressed! Service is great, food options were AMAZING, and everyone had a great time!
We had to go back up after leaving, because my daughter left her phone there, and the staff was so helpful. HIGHLY recommend this establishment to families and everyone!

We tried Hat Creek for the first time on Saturday afternoon. Maybe it was just this location, but we were not impressed. Thankfully it was nice enough to sit outside because inside it smelled like septic and nasty mop bucket water. I tried the Bacon Royale. It had one tiny half piece of bacon, weird tasting spread, and was smashed when I unwrapped it. We splurged on the fries and queso, but it was so watered down it was like dipping the fries in milk. Part of our order was not included. The gentleman who served us was nice and corrected the error right away, but it was still annoying after already waiting 15-20 minutes for the food to come out. The seasoning on the fries was good, and my wife said the ladies’ restroom was clean, kudos for that! It’s a shame we don’t want to return, the playground was fun and it’s hard to find places with a nice play area these days. If the owner is trying to cut costs, I recommend cutting back the hours of the the guys who sat eating most of the time we were there. We did appreciate the courteous attitude of the staff we interacted with.

My family goes for the playground and outside covered seating. Good place to let the toddler run and play in a fenced-in and turfed play area. The hamburgers are a step above the regular fast food affair and you pay accordingly; $10-15 per person. We like the sweet potato fries as a side item.
For the parents: playground is probably better for 2+ year olds. They do birthday parties. And most importantly, they serve draft beer for the days when you “need” one.
