I always loved the Parmesan bread bites from Domino’s but this Domino’s place doesn’t deliver that experience. The bread was not cooked and was extremely rubbery, we end up throwing those. I also ordered the pizza which was again not as per our expectations compare to other domino’s we have tried. Never coming back to this specific Domino’s in Pittsburgh

Ordered late on a Saturday night. They marked delivered on the app when it was not here. Once we finally got the food after calling them several times it wasn’t even close to edible. Buffalo chicken sub had no buffalo sauce and barely any chicken. Asked for extra buffalo sauce. Didn’t get that. Ordered chicken Alfredo. Got some noodles, no Alfredo. Ordered Parmesan bites, burnt to a crisp. Domino’s normally slaps wherever we are but not this location. This was the worst we’ve had. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. They served me undercooked pizza then when I called some lady told me they would send replacements and that there drivers are busy. I placed an order a few nights ago for a medium with extra cheese, extra ham, extra pineapple, extra sauce, feta and spinach. The pizza didn’t have extra pineapple or ham. Called to get it corrected and was told that the free medium I requested would be sent out. After 2hrs I called back, was put on with the manager and told him the situation and then was put on with the girl that told me it’d be sent out. She told me that the guy that was there the other night wasn’t there and it couldn’t be sent out and then a few moments later she said she’d have it sent out. I paused before I answered and before I got another word out in regard to my confusion, I was hung up on. What the hell is going on?
