I mean, the food was good for Chick-fil-A but not Top-notch. Now onto service. Probably one of the worst enter actions I have had with a worker in the food industry. The lady who took my order was very rude. I asked her which was better, a number 6 or 7 while shaking my hands up and down. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said “please lady, no more 67 jokes” Pretty rude if you ask me. But overall it was fine.

I really enjoyed Chick-fil-A, I had the chicken nuggets and they were tender and juicy. The atmosphere was great, no music which I like while eating especially when I’m with family. Service was good, cashier was very friendly.

This was our first visit to the Springfield location. It was a nice place with plenty of employees buzzing around helping.
The market salad was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it.
I was excited to see that they offer grilled chicken nuggets as an option, and their macaroni and cheese is baked just the way everyone loves it.
It’s really nice to see healthy options offered in general.
We plan on visiting often now that we have one relatively close to us.

This place has never failed to impress. Change one time I was missing a fry for my order the issue was resolved almost instantly and the person who helped me was kind enough to include a gift card for our next visit just for the trouble! That is the kind of service that brings people back. Kudos to Zoie!

Stopped in after track meet at Wittenberg for late lunch/early dinner. Staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to help us during our visit. Our order was correct and food was great. We really liked the real flower on table.

It’s not the people, I imagine it’s the system being used that makes it difficult for them to do custom orders. I don’t understand how I can chooses options perfectly online myself, but in person it will be wrong 2 out of 3 times!! Makes zero sense. They need to do better.
