I wanted to take a moment to recognize the three employees working during my visit…they were absolutely wonderful. They were genuinely kind, upbeat, and positive, and it truly showed that they enjoy their work. That kind of attitude is so often overlooked, but it makes a huge difference and completely elevated my experience.
The restaurant itself was also very clean and welcoming, which added to the overall great impression. From start to finish, everything felt well cared for. I truly hope management recognizes what a great team they have here, because these employees made this visit a standout experience. Their effort and positivity did not go unnoticed — thank you for such a pleasant and genuinely feel-good dining experience.

The fries and late night open are wins for them. Plus this chain is clean and well decorated. The Five guys theme is strong and they spent good money or their setup. The menu is so simple that you can hire highschoolers. I don’t love the value here. I often find myself still hungry after spending good money on burgers, hotdog and fries. They also put a small amount of toppings on everything.
The beef hotdog was Better value, but still small toppings. fries can get salty, so be sure to order without salt or light salt. The burger just seems small to me even when you get the double/large. The free peanuts are super salt coated. Burgers, hot dogs and fries-that’s it. Service is great and restrooms great.

1/26/26 Two burgers (one with additional hamburger patty), 2 regular fries, 2 shakes, $58.03. Everything was delicious, but not worth the money. I placed the order online expecting it to be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. The order wasn’t started until we arrived to pick it up. We waited 15-20 minutes. What’s the point of placing an online order if it’s not going to be ready.

Five guys always has good food, but this one has good people too. Guy that worked the register while I was here (Dec 14, ~7:55pm) was going out of his way to ask customers how they were, and was very professional, friendly, and personable. The whole staff was working hard. 10/10 five guys experience. Wish I knew the guys name so he can get some credit. Tall guy with twists and a goatee. Who ever oversees this location – y’all got good people.

Usually I am always satisfied with five guys but today I was very disappointed because my burgers are always well done but this burger was not. It had so much raw meat on the inside and when I felt it the raw substance was cold. The burger was not good at all. The fries were good though.

My family loves Five Guys!! We travel from Americus to Albany every time we want a good homemade burger(when I don’t feel like making them lol) Of you want a good burger and fries go to Five Guys!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!! You get exactly what you pay for!! We got 3 double bacon, burgers 2 bacon cheeseburgers, drinks, and 2 large fries(which was way too much lol). It was so good!! Next time we’ll just got 1 large and 1 small fry lol.

Nothing special at all about the hamburger other than extremely high price. Steak ‘n shake uses fresh hamburger patties that are a blend of ribeye, sirloin and T-Bone tastes much better for refraction of the cost.
