I got my favorite , Blueberry Cake Glazed. Strong blueberry flavor and fluffy. So fluffy, they fell apart in the bag and were pieces of donut(see pic) when I took them out. They are good in a pinch but Dunkin Donuts has never been the best donut place. It hits the spot if you have a craving and it’s nearby to you, plus it has a lot of other things like a Swiss Army Knife of donut shops. , ☕️, etc.
FYI – my order was $30+ because I bought a 32oz DD tumbler with a ☕️ for my brother who is in the hospital nearby. Not because DD is that expensive. LOL

I have to give my cudos to the CURRENT staff at this Dunkin location. I come every single morning, without fail, usually around 5-6am, and they are always ON IT! Never a hassle, if anything is wrong they’re quick to fix it, they are professional and efficient!
I stopped coming to this location for a long time (in the past) until this new crew stepped in. I’m so happy to be a regular again at this store you guys rock!

I really enjoyed my experience San manager with the tattoo on her neck, she was kind, patient, and very professional & informative. The crew members ,Sam white girl , Leo and the beautiful Spanish girl was ready to server me and make sure my coffee done correctly. This store was clean , the team work was awesome and everyone look great.

So I do want to start off with I’ve lived near this location for over a year now and have always gone here, and that although the name on the receipt is a man, it was actually young girl with a red wig on. But lately i have consistently been let down. Although the gentleman that took my order for the second time was VERY polite and caring it seems that maybe an employee didn’t brew “dark” roast …. Both cups tasted like water.
I had asked the young lady with red hair to Please toast the hasbrowns extra time and it was not.
Another customer in back of me shared that when she got her coffee from here she too also had to give back the coffee because it tasted bad.
I have been ordering the same recipe/ flavor coffee for more than 10 years now… so for 2 attempts in a row to taste like pure water makes me believe that that the canister was not brewed correctly. I brought my friend from Sebring with me and when we got home she had to fix her coffee as well. Nothing to do with this post but I also went to Dunkin on Busch Blvd 2 days ago and it was also not a great cup of coffee. It is VERY sad that Dunkin seems to be going down hill a lot of places. I live down the street from here and will never be coining back.

Go here if you wanna be overcharged and not listen to they did not even get my order right and it was a simple kids cone chocolate scoop on a sugar cone nope it came out on a waffle cone or a regular cone or whatever that cone is, and it came as a large, which I was fine with because I ended up getting charged for a large Scoop not the kids scoop so then I was OK with it but then I asked her can I just have the cone that I wanted on please so she comes back with a little tiny kid cone on the cone I want but less ice cream when I already paid for the large ice cream. They just don’t listenthe cashier or the girl at the counter was talking crap to somebody else. I waited over 10 minutes for one scoop of ice cream and nobody was in the line and they got it wrong so yeah no thank you. I won’t be going here again. I will say that the girl in the drive-through is not the same person that I talked to on the speaker and she was nice. She was felt bad I can tell and she tried to fix it, but I just didn’t wanna wait another five or 10 minutes for an ice cream cone

This location doesn’t have good service overall. Most of the time I order delivery from them it’s a horrible and annoying experience. I don’t know if someone who doesn’t drink coffee is making the coffee drinks there but 90% of the time I order from this location the color of the drink is white like they just pour 95% milk and 2% coffee and 3% sugar/flavors. I know good and well if that person drank the coffee I received today that person would be disgusted. That or they just simply have poor taste and don’t know what a correctly made beverage tastes like. And then I ordered a maple sugar bacon WAKE UP WRAP and a maple sugar bacon SANDWICH and they go and give me 2 maple sugar bacon wake up wraps. Just read the order I don’t see how that’s hard. If you read, the order will be made correctly I promise you. There’s some staff there that are really good people and I appreciate everything they do. But they got an employee or 2 in there that doesn’t know how to do their job right and making them look bad smh

This is the worst dunkin donut spot. They never have any basic flavors and take forever in the drive thru and in person dine in. Constantly on there phones. Lack of customer service and respect. Literally had to wait 30 minutes for a milkshake. Smelled like mildew . I Will never be back and will tell everyone i know to avoid this location.
