YGF is a premier “weigh and pay” experience for amazing malatang! It is where a personal hot pot meets ramen! There’s a wide selection of ingredients to build your bowl; more importantly, their beef bone broth is spectacular! The staff is nice and you’re guaranteed a seat with the way they set up their queues. It can be busy, but is absolutely worth the wait!

I came here with my group of friends and it was a good experience. I forgot to take pictures of the food precooked but you just pick what protein, vegetable, or noodle you want and pay for the contents with when you walk in. It was $14 a pound but they do require you to get .85 lb minimum if i’m not mistaken. For the broth they had 6 to choose from with different spice levels. They cook the food for you and bring it out in a big bowl. You can also make your own sauce for the meat. It took them about 15 minutes to bring out food out.

When we visited, the place was super busy. After an hour of wait, we were finally seated. It took 30 more minutes for the food to arrive. We will say the food was worth the wait. The broth is very creamy and thick and very delicious. We went with medium spicy which was perfect level of spiciness. There is a good number of items to pick from but a little bit of more variety would be nice as well as the sauce bar could definitely add a few more options. The service staffs were very prompt with filling the water and refilling afterwards.

I ordered togo since I was in a rush, and this place worked out great! The service was quick and easy, the prices were reasonable, and the food tasted good.
Just a heads up that it’s charged by weight, so I recommend choosing items that don’t contain too much water. And don’t forget to grab some sauce for your togo order too!
Overall, a convenient and tasty option when you need something fast.

Amazing Malatang spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and fully customizable, with a great selection of ingredients and a rich, satisfying broth. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted high quality. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and quick, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Clean, welcoming atmosphere as well. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and highly recommend to anyone craving Malatang!

Great place to visit and have spicy or not too spicy soup. You can select from a variety of ingredients including vegetables, noodles, and proteins. You can also select the type of broth that you want that the check out. It was a very pleasant experience. You also pay by the lbs on your bowl. The portion of the broth is very generous so make sure to visit with appetite. The staff were helpful and kind. The place is popular so depending on the day, you may have to wait a couple of minutes to be seated. I visited a Friday around 6:30pm and was almost full. I highly recommend this place.

I love this place. Compared to Yintang, their broth is AMAZING. I wish they had a thicker regular noodle option like Yintang does, but I can’t complain when their broth is sooooo flavorful. The mild spicy is enough for me as the medium spicy is quite spicy. Only downfall is that the place is kind of small. So when it’s busy it’s very crowded. Plus food can take 30 minutes to come out when it’s busy compared to 7 minutes (I’ve timed it). Their new orange bowls ugly compared to the old ones. I’m posting both pictures for reference.

So busy. Loved this place, pick your own ingredients and they will cook it for you. Wish there were more non-hot dry options. It can get a little pricey
