The food was horrible. Shrimp was either over cooked or reheated. And the fried were way undercooked. Definitely check your food before you leave.

I order the Kicking Chicken Sandwich to go. And they put some much kicking sauce on it that the bottom piece of bread was submerged. You could not see it and was to soggy to pick it up. This was supposed to be a sandwich. Paid 10.00 for it. Love the food taste great. But stuff like this is a reason why fast food joints close in Douglas. They don’t last. we’ll hate the see Zaxby’s go down the same path.

Placed an order on door dash and paid almost $20 and received my order in a toast tray with a handful of fries or was this a kiddie meal ??? I ordered the big zax snack and asked for my food to be dipped in hot honey mustard and it wasn’t I guess they feel like because I ordered through door dash they didn’t have to fix my food they way it should have been

Went with my family like I always to and got me and 4 finger plate go big when I got home I low to see a count of like 10 fries and only two fingers and in the plate also asked for a side of extra slaw didn’t get it and asked for light ice and the cup was full of ice and very little soda I called to let them know and got hung up on!!

I cannot brag enough on our local Zaxby’s! Manager Sabrina is always smiling and doing everything possible to make everyone’s visit wonderful. The employees follow her example and create a fantastic atmosphere. The food is great too!

Ordered delivery for loaded chicken fries and they apparently cooked this without using a basket and threw it right in the frier cuz I had to spend about 3 mins fishing burnt pieces of i don’t even know what out before I could eat it. This is absolutely ridiculous

I am an absolute Zaxby’s lover however! This Zaxby’s disappoints me time after time! I dont know if it’s because they’re always so busy that it causes a decline in quality service and food or what. Tonight I order the Ceasar Salad with Grilled Chicken right. Tell me why do I have cut up pieces of light bread in my salad serving as a crouton substitute!?! Soggy cut up chunks of light bread! I would have been fine without having the croutons. I wish I would have been given the courtesy of someone saying “Ma’am we’re out of croutons, is that okay.” Instead of soggy light bread.
