Ordered two orders of double walnut shrimp with fried rice. As I don’t live anywhere near this store, it was not in my best interest to return back and dispute in-person. Had one of the two orders for lunch. Had half of the second order for dinner. Somehow, the meal was not satisfying as I was accustomed to at a different location. Rice had lumps, shrimp was cold and did not taste fresh from the stove. It did appear that big rice and shrimp may have been leftovers from previous day and as such me being an early morning customer was its recipient. I did feel the after effects the following morning. I spent considerable time sitting on the throne in the bathroom. Perhaps, I should have come in the middle of the day ensuring that the dish would be fresh off the stove. Food poisoning! Needless to say, i may not be returning back to this location.

The people who work here provide terrible service to those of us who come to pick up Uber and DoorDash orders. They don’t like serving us, and we have to leave without our orders because the employees won’t serve drivers. I think that if they don’t like serving us, they shouldn’t offer that option on the apps.

My family and I have always loved Panda Express for its quick and tasty Chinese cuisine. However, recently, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of one of my favorite dishes. The portion of noodles used to be generous, but now it’s overshadowed by an excessive amount of vegetables. Even when I ask for more noodles, it’s like pulling teeth to get them. Today’s order was especially disappointing as it was mostly vegetables with very few noodles. I hope Panda Express returns to their previous balance of fewer vegetables and more noodles, like they used to have.

I like panda. Been going to this one for like 8 years several times a week. But Corporate just shrank the box it comes in by like 30%…for the same price. Never again will they get a cent from me. I’ll miss the friendly faces that work here.
