Went to Q Verde with my mum and grandparents for Monday night dinner and had the best time! Geraldo greeted us at the door before giving us the choice of where to sit and taking our jackets to hang up for us. Once seated we got given menus in which all the options were fabulous (if I could have had it all I would)! Whilst looking at the menu we were given the most amazing breadsticks to nibble on and Geraldo was kind enough to give me another packet as he could see how much I was loving them! We ordered drinks and my mum asked if they had cider as that is my favourite, they did not, however, about 2 minutes later, Geraldo came back with a cider from the shop next door for me! He was the most excellent waiter and did everything possible in order to ensure we had the best time at Q Verde as possible!
To start, we had the calamari, garlic mushrooms, scallops and garlic bread. They were all delicious, but i would particularly recommend the garlic mushrooms. For main, I had the Tagliatelle al gamberoni (which was some of the best I had ever had), and zucchini fries as a side (which were also excellent). Finally, for dessert, we got a Tiramisu to share which, once again, was delicious.
Thank you so much to everyone at Q Verde, especially Geraldo, we will definitely be coming back!

This place was my absolute highlight from my visit to Richmond. The Garlic pasta was to die for and the service was bar none. Amir and Geraldo looked after us so well and it was truly a pleasure speaking to them and eating their wonderful food. I was so hungry that didn’t get to take proper pictures of the food. But highly recommend going here. Do try their Garlic pasta and tiramisu. 5*s all the way

This is a special place, a hidden gem. The food is consistently ultra fresh and authentic, the ambiance is comfortable and warming, and the staff is like an Italian hug. We literally ate here 6 nights a week for months. I overheard a gentleman at another table say he flew from Boston to eat here. I can see why. We will miss the warmth of this Italian gem terribly. Not goodbye just see you next time

Just had a fabulous family meal, at this restaurant. Excellent service, all staff very attentive without being intrusive, delicious food, tried nearly all the vegetarian options as we were a party of 8 with mostly vegetarians. My fav Malanzane Parmiagiana ouldn’t fault anything! Would definitely go again!

Although it is small, the staff were courteous and attentive while giving guests their privacy at the same time .
Have I talked about the food??
We were a party of 16 and no one complained about anything. Our food came at the right time and at the right temperature; no one’s order got mixed up.

I was treated to a meal there by a friend. I’ve been there many times over the years and as always was welcomed by all the staff. The 2 main waiters both Gerardo, are such genuine people. The atmosphere was lively there but not overly noisy, just lovely. We started with Bellini cocktails, which as expected, were lovely. Whilst my friend had calamari to start and spaghetti carbonara as main I had the insalata tricolore and tagliatelle ai gamberoni as main accompanied by a chilled Italian white.
The dishes were beautifully presented and the food so very tasty. It’s no wonder that it’s always very popular. It’s a little diversion from the walk between Kew Garden UG Station and the gardens, but so worthwhile.

I’ve been coming here for nearly 15 years now and it’s always been excellent. Not being local has never stopped me, I’d make the trip every time. It’s one of those rare places that works for absolutely any occasion, whether it’s a family meal, a celebration, or just a casual dinner.

Pasta dish was lovely. Service was warm and attentive. Prices very reasonable. On the whole a fantastic place to grad a nice lunch after Kew Gardens.
