I stopped by this Chipotle after work tonight. I wanted to write a review because this Chipotle at the time of writing this review has a 2.6 star rating, but I had an excellent experience. Jeremiah was the one that served me this evening. He was friendly to deal with, attentive to my order, and he was cool with the portions (which means a ton to me when you pay $20 for fast food). They were out of white rice, but he let me know they had some that was about to be up. Many thanks to Jeremiah for the help this evening!!
Also want to note that they had spoons, knives, and forks in stock. I literally don’t think I’ve seen all three in stock all at one time at any chipotle.

Portions of meat are insanely small considering I spent $35 on a few tacos and a salad. There was literally 4 pieces of meat per taco. I feel like if you aren’t getting a burrito smothered in queso you are going to be disappointed.

I did a online order I got a burrito bowl and I wanted extra beans Steak, sour cream, queso all the fixing basically because I like to split up my meals and take them for work and I am highly disappointed because I didn’t get extra anything. I visited this location at 9:30 p.m. and was informed that they were only accepting card payments. When I asked for clarification, Xavier explained that his coworker had already counted the register for the night. Two other customers entered shortly after me and were also told that only card payments and to-go orders were being accepted. One of the customers asked, “Don’t you close at 11 p.m.?” The supervisor responded that they were closing the dining area at 8 p.m. due to the holidays.
It is concerning that the dining area is closing two weeks before Christmas, well ahead of the posted hours. The customer service provided was disappointing. The two customers chose to sit outside in approximately 40-degree weather to eat their meals, while the employees inside appeared to be watching and laughing, which was very unprofessional and inappropriate.
I will be contacting corporate regarding this experience. This location is new, and it is unfortunate to see its reputation potentially affected by employees who do not seem to prioritize customer service.

810 confirmed Mobile Pick up. It’s 845 and 4 vehicles ahead of me and each vehicle is taking 10 minutes. Is this service any good? Will a first time customer ever return? Thinking food would be sitting and ready and it’s just a slow drive thru, parked and walked in to ask one of Members and the answer was we are still making it. Never will return to this place again.

Placed on online order, the bowls barely had any food in them, the bowl on the right was suppose to be double meat. We took the bowls back and they remade them, but all of the food was cold and I still didn’t receive double meat!

The folks at this location seem to actively make things weird/wrong just for the sake of doing it.
The burrito I am eating has more sour cream than rice and I had to toss it when I’ll eat near anything from here.
How is this one so bad??? Please help whoever built it or is the franchisee or corporate or genuinely anyone.

The food is decent so far but my issue is with the service. When they first opened, the service was great and then it fell off. The people that work there act like they don’t want to work there and they are not friendly.
For example, I went in one night an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. The Workers seemed very annoyed. Also there was several ingredients unavailable and yet they still charged me full price. If you don’t have the ingredients, then you should not charge me full price ! every time I ask, they claim they can’t make anymore.
When I order chips, they’re always extremely stale or overly salted. It’s not hard to get chips correct they make sure they charge for every little thing but they don’t compensate and takeoff for what they don’t have which They are consistently out of things, especially past 8 o’clock. Mind you they are open till 11. And after preparing my food the lady at the register informs me they are only taking cards. Smh
I also don’t understand why they provide plastic forks, but they’re not individually wrapped. That’s very unsanitary either keep them behind the counter or get some wrapped ones.
Overall, the food is decent if you catch them on a great day, the service is OK if you catch them on a great day, but they definitely have some things they need to fix, especially with the service attitude.

Food was good, as expected. service was good and everyone is nice and helpful. HOWEVER, 2 issues that make this 2 or less stars for this is the only Chipotle I have ever been to where they do not roll burritos correctly. They fold the sides last which means the burrito dumps out of the bottom. Also, my tortilla obviously ripped on roll and was ignored. The service area cleanliness is not great. food bits every where and falling into other bins. I had ordered 3 burritos all 3 required a re-roll and mine was ripped up the side. There definitely needs to be some more training and quality work at this new location, but everyone was nice and helpful.
