The salsa and toppings on the bolon are perfection with the perfect hint of spice.
Staff are so nice, too! Can’t wait to be back.
After walking around and getting a few things in the Franklin Shops we returned for our cars, conveniently parked in the library parking lot, and decided to get food.
We couldn’t decide so we ended getting two things to share.
I had the bbq jackfruit hoagie and my daughter had the crispy fried oyster mushroom hoagie with buffalo sauce. Both where amazing!!!!
Im extremely picky, being a trained chef myself, but everything was perfect!
If you’re vegan or even open to trying a plant based meal , I recommend giving Green Cup a try!
Sorry for the lack of pictures, maybe my daughter will post some. These are the drinks we had.
The drinks are next level. The pistachio matcha was decadent and smooth, and the Bluemoon milk is an experience any refined tea drinker would appreciate. The Happy Tea had beautiful sweet notes with a refreshing aftertaste over ice.
This is easily one of the most unique vegan cafés in town, and you can tell years of work have gone into perfecting these flavors and textures.
We tried a little bit of everything. The nachos were great, and the cashew queso somehow delivers a cheesy flavor with a hint of spice without feeling heavy. The vegan, gluten-free waffle was honestly one of the best waffles I’ve ever had. My 8-month-old baby LOVED it, and it felt great knowing she was eating real, wholesome ingredients instead of processed food.
The bolón (plantain dumpling) was incredible. Our favorites were the chickpea falafels and fried mushrooms—both savory, satisfying, and full of flavor.
The owner, Robby, is clearly passionate about what he does. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about health, the environment, and the importance of vitamins and minerals, and it shows in the way every ingredient is thoughtfully selected and prepared from scratch. A true culinary artist.
Next time I can’t wait to try the smoothie with sea moss and spirulina!
I had the pleasure of having lunch at their opening.
Crunchwrap was outstanding and aioli sauce perfect match and so fresh!
Chunky Monkey smoothie was just what I needed to lift my energy.
Chef and Owner offered me to taste a plantain dish he had prepared which was so filled with flavor.
The cacao cheesecake ended my experience.
What a great addition, and so friendly and welcoming staff.
Wishing you much success!
