Because I am a vegan I have been banning dairy for four years now. Taco Bell has fantastic black bean burritos that they customize and can make absolutely cruelty free. The food is fresh and they work hard. They also can customize nachos and other items to taste great and not contain animal products. I wanted to thank them today for keeping their prices affordable and they are friendly.

Do not ho to the 5aco Bell in Ruidoso, NM! And please do not buy the chicken nuggets. The are dry and mine were cold. I ordered 5 and look like I got 2 or 3 because they were so small for $6.
They looked burned. I could not return at that time, so I trashed them. When adked for a manger, I got some lady who said she was a manger. When I felt she wasnt helping. I asked for someone else. She said she was the owner’s wife. She was very rude and no help no all! It’s your money, but this Taco Bell is definitely not worth the money or your time.

Their hours of operation were extremely inconsistent .On their website when you look up the hours , it’s hasn’t been accurate .They usually close about 2 hours early. I have figured out when they’re drive-thru light is off it means they are closing early. I would try to hit the drive-thru about 9:30 I know their lobby closes at a Pacific time and to my best guess their drive-thru is supposed to be open till 11:00 it’s a hit or miss

My mom and I were traveling, and we stopped so she could use the bathroom. I didn’t need to go, but my mom did. As she walked toward the entrance, I saw a woman rush to the door and lock it the moment she noticed my mom. I don’t know what kind of sick joke that was, but why on earth did it happen? No one came to the door to explain anything. There were customers inside. I even saw a family walk in, yet my mom wasn’t allowed in. I clearly saw a blonde female employee lock the door.
When I called, I could barely hear them, and they never justified why my Black mother wasn’t allowed in the store, while everyone else was. That’s disgusting and rude behavior. I’m reporting this entire store and reaching out to upper management after I’m done writing this review. They claim paying customers are allowed to use the bathroom. So what kind of sick joke is this? I hope you re train them and get them fire. This is racially motivated at its finest. If you are a black person coming to Taco Bell, please beware of this store. They are disgusting and racist to do that to an elder. I saw with my own eyes that my mother was denied entry because of racial discrimination. Not only it caused me massive distress, but disappointment.

The woman named Samantha was the sweetest lady ever. She was so helpful and respectful, she was patient even when I couldn’t get my mobile app working. Thank you so much for being so kind. You made the experience good! And the food was a 10/10! All of the night shift workers were working so hard and they were understaffed. They all deserve a raise!

We went through drive thru, order 6 burritos and a chip and cheese. Spent $40. Checked the bag, the chips and cheese were missing so I asked for them. The girl gave me nothing but attitude, and it took her 5 minutes to bring them back. After getting home, two of the $7 burritos were wrong…
