While eating my nachos grande I noticed a texture I was familiar with which had no business being there…CHEWING GUM. Imagine the disgust of gum someone else had in their mouth being found in the food you’re actively eating. This was a pickup order so only the cook could be responsible. Contacted the restaurant and DoorDash; got no response but a portion of the cost returned to me. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Pupusas!! Had the mama enchiladas but with cheese, rice was amazing and the frijoles rojas reminded me of the desayuno tipico from my visit to El Salvador.Karen was kind and attentive. Definitely will come back:)

I’ve been coming to Las Vegas since the early 2010s and I always loved them. Within the past 1-2 years they have become very hit or miss. When it’s good it’s great. But I haven’t had great from them in a while. Went today and got the skimpiest portion of chicken and steak fajita meat with a mound of onions that tasted like exactly what the fridge smells like. Didn’t follow instructions so everything I said I didn’t want was still there. Overall I’m just tired of wasting money here for the food to be below average.

Terrible customer service. I had a pick up order. The young lady at the counter was on the phone when I walked up. No big deal. She may have been taking an order. Then a bit later she’s getting a drink, at this time she’s no longer on the phone and still hasn’t acknowledged me. But she was talking and laughing with a man at the counter. When I stare her in the face she says “pick up order?” She gets my name, bring out the order, gives me the receipt and says nothing. All while laughing and joking with guy. Customer is important.

Delicious Food! My Birria tacos were so good! Service is always great! All the food is very affordable. My last meal here I picked from the combo specials with an enchilada, tamale and a taco I believe and that was just as Delicious! They have been doing some remodeling so the ambiance is very beautiful in there, including the restrooms lol

Judgment Day

The Good:

Upon entering, I noticed the establishment was spotless and the atmosphere was nice. I was greeted and seated quickly and waited on by a pleasant staff. I was given chips and salsa, and I ordered the beans nacho as an appetizer and then the veggie enchiladas that came with a side of rice and beans as a meal. They both were out in light ten or fifteen minutes, and both meals were delicious. The waitress was attentive, coming to my table multiple times to ask if everything was ok.

The Bad:

Though the I thought the enchiladas, rice, and beans were delicious, I there were a couple of hard, uncooked rice that kind of took away from the enjoyment of the meal.

Judgment:

Overall it was a great experience.
(I do recommend this place.)

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The only server on duty was glued to her phone and didn’t even notice me until someone from the kitchen shouted that I was waiting. When she finally took my order, she acted like she couldn’t care less. I placed two separate orders, read the slips carefully to avoid confusion, and STILL got home to find the food completely mixed up and in the wrong bags.

The food itself was an even bigger disappointment. I ordered a classic “Lomo Saltado” — somehow they managed to screw up one of the simplest Peruvian staples. Instead of sautéed steak, onions, tomatoes, and fries, I got a bland “Bistec Encebollado.” My partner ordered fried fish, but what she got was a tiny, undercooked fish that wasn’t even descaled properly. The rice and beans? Dry, flavorless, and forgettable.

Between the horrendous service, wrong orders, and bland, poorly cooked food, this place is a complete disaster. If you’re looking for authentic Hispanic food, DO NOT waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better restaurants nearby that actually care about their customers and know how to cook.

Go here only if you enjoy being ignored and eating meh.

From the name, I would never have guessed it was a Mexican restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very good, and the food was delicious. I got the mixed fajita, and the meats were cooked beautifully. I loved how it stayed hot on the hot plate for long enough time for me to finish it. The tortilla chips and salsa were great too. This is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner.

Destiny.

My family and I came here for lunch, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming as we were neither greeted nor acknowledged upon arrival. The waitress had a terrible attitude and seemed like she hated her job. Her hair frequently fell into her face, which I believe is a health code violation. She got our order wrong, and when we sent the food back, it seemed like a joke to them as they poured an excessive amount of salsa on our eggs. Additionally, they were speaking over the food, which is concerning. I don’t know if our waitress was new, but she definitely needs more training in customer service.
