Well, here we go AGAIN!!! I went to Popeyes to get the 3 piece special that they have going on. Once I received my order, I looked in the box; and Once Again, one of my pieces looked like a pre-matute chicken had been added to the box! I don’t know what store policy is, but QUIT PICKING through the pieces!!!!! This is not how you would treat yourself, if you were serving you, or someone that You know, when they come to your job!!! The wing in this picture, is actually the blown up image from my phone, to show the size!!

Mobile order check out and pick up was a breeze. However, chicken was not in good quality, very dark and not fresh at all. The cajun fries were also soggy. I’ve been to other Popeye’s locations and never experience bad chicken quality. This is my 1st time I had to request a refund.

Food and atmosphere are typical Popeyes. Nothing spectacular. The service, on the other hand, is ridiculous. Been waiting 31 minutes for my order now and still haven’t gotten it. I placed and paid for a mobile order through the Popeyes app at the Lumberton, NC location (Order #2275b703-8ale-4638-a626-74430fe451ea). When I arrived, the employee told me they had no food available at all, couldn’t substitute anything, and didn’t know how to process a refund. I was told to contact corporate instead.
This makes no sense—if the store had no food, why were they open? And why did the app allow me to place and pay for an order if nothing was available? The order was only $6.41 and included reward points, but the principle matters. Customers shouldn’t have to waste time and gas because the app inventory isn’t accurate and the store can’t issue refunds.
I’ve had multiple issues with this location before and even submitted complaints through the Popeyes app but never received a response. I used to enjoy the brand, but experiences like this make it hard to keep coming back.
I simply want the refund for the order and the reward points returned.

My partner and I ordered at this location in Lumberton, NC, the service was very slow we ordered two combos and waited over 45 minutes. Our order was incorrect. I ordered the three piece tender combo and a side of coleslaw. I didn’t receive my order of coleslaw and received instead a three piece chicken on the bone. My partner ordered spicy tenders with his surf and turf and the tenders were original recipe not spicy. The biscuits were in sad comparison to other Popeyes establishments. We spent almost $30 and we were both disappointed. We also observed some unhygienic customer service with no gloves, or cooks touching their face and headphones and then not changing gloves as well as a cook putting her hair in a net with gloves on and then not changing them. I have myself worked in food service and would greatly have expected better. For our long wait time and patients we were given two apple pies that were made that morning when we were there well past 6pm. Please consider doing better.

My Son order on line when we received the food, some of it was missing. He responded back to let them know what happened, never got a response. So I his Mom tried several times to call the restaurant( 20 or more)no one never picked up the phone would just hang up. Remind you this food cost a lot of money. We had to order more food and pay for it. This was not right, so unfair. All I wanted for them to do was to put the money back on the card or bring our missing food to us. I more than likely will never do business with them ever again.This is one Ticked off Mom. We got 3 biscuits, 3 fries, a 3 piece chicken box, dark meat which the menu had white( white was what we wanted) 3 piece tender box and a drink. Missing 12 tenders and drinks. Paid a lot of money for this little bit of food and then had to turn around and order again.

While the customer service could be improved, this Popeyes location has consistently met my expectations since I moved from NY. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and delicious, which is a pleasant change from the many places I’ve visited where the chicken tasted like it was reheated from the previous day. I look forward to returning and enjoying another meal from this location in the future.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal thru uber eats. The chicken was over cooked. Like waaay too crispy that it was hard. Ordered a large Mac n cheese and was given a container filled only half way. They have the nerve to charge a whole dollar extra for it as well. I order here a lot, but never again.

I made a mobile order at approximately 6pm, Tues Oct 14. I had to wait but, not very long. The drive through person was very nice. They had a large order just b4 me and were out of regular dark meat and a took a spicy thigh substitute. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Got there at 9 they close at 10 and they was already cleaning up and had no sides but fries. It was a all black staff so I shouldn’t expect more. When I started to eat the skin on the chicken was so hard i couldn’t eat it i had to break it off it was lik it was hours old
