honestly, not bad at all. They were clearly short-staffed but still moving fast, and my order came out hot and correct. No missing items, no sloppy mess. Lobby was clean, vibe was chill, and it didn’t feel chaotic even though it probably should have been. Solid spot when you just need something quick and reliable without the nonsense.

Waste of money, good way to lose customers in 2025, way too expensive for 1oz of beef lol. Absolutely outrageous a manager or whoever in charge let 3 tacos of this caliber leave the kitchen… Everyone has a first day, that could explain this!

Arguably the worst TB experience we’ve had. They shorted us a cheesy roll up. The crunchwrap supreme was cold. Two hard tacos were crushed (see photo). Two other tacos were supposed to be fresco style but were not. Literally nothing in our order was good.

Not only do these people not care enough to make quality food they spray chemicals near their food. For 3 years we’ve tried to let them know that the tortilla chips and crunchy tacos sometimes have this awful smell and taste almost like burnt grease and chemicals. When we tell them they say they don’t fry their chips or their shells so it can’t be grease. That just leaves them spraying cleaning chemicals near their open products. I’ve reached out to the managers I’ve let the employees know and nothing changes it. They won’t even eat their own food or they’d know how bad it was. How can you expect people to pay for food the people making it won’t even eat? We’ve gotten decent food a few times during the day but the night shift has never produced anything serviceable and when you try to get them to replace anything. They’ve ruined it and it just causes more problems to the point you feel like you’re the scammer just trying to get a decent meal that you paid for when they’re the real scammers selling this god awful food for such high prices.

I’ve had so many issues with this store as a customer over the years, items missing or wrong, extreme wait times, etc. But i stopped in today as a Door Dasher waiting for 2 orders and i have to finally share my opinion because the attitude and productivity of these employees is kind of scary. I watched 2 people work the drive through line that slowed down and emptied out very quickly while one other older man worked on all in store and online orders himself at one of the slowest paces i knew humans could function. He stood there and complained the entire time while i continued asking for updates on my orders even after the drive through and store completely emptied. After everyone was out, he began making one order at a time and put out 2 more deliveries before mine even after 30+ minutes of waiting already. All in all i waited 45 minutes to pick up 2 orders that caused the customers to be upset and caused me to lose 45 minutes i could’ve been working. This is one of the consistently worst restaurants i’ve been to almost every time i go but today it was especially awful to be at.

Picked up a Doordash order at this location. The order was placed around midnight for one burrito and two tacos, and we arrived at the restaurant at 12:08. It took the store over an hour to prepare the order. They were gently reminded multiple times of the order, and continued to insist they were working on it while putting out orders that were time stamped well after this order was
placed. While waiting we also witnessed multiple in-store customers being ignored by staff, getting to the point where some went behind the counter to get cups for their orders, as they were never handed out and staff refused to acknowledge them. At one point an employee did come to the counter to try and help everyone waiting, but another employee came out and directly told her not to help us. I understand being busy, especially on a Friday night in a college town, but waiting over an hour for such a small order is insane.

I ordered at the kiosk which was no big deal. When my food was ready the person at the counter just handed it to me. No thank you or anything else. As they were bringing my food to me at the counter the receipt fell on the floor they didn’t even seem to notice. I had ordered a supreme taco what I got was a plain old taco. I took it back up to the counter and I had to yell to get their attention because they have the radio blaring in the kitchen and Christmas music playing in the customer area but you can’t even hear over what’s blaring in the kitchen. So they prepared the Supreme taco and handed it to me. No apologies or anything I’m sitting down to eat my food I see two people walk up to the front door but the front door is locked so they turn around and leave. By the way it is currently 1:42 p.m.

I watched a kid rub, toss, and play with my tortilla before making my taco. The prep area was discussing with food all over the floor and prep table. They did not place my food on paper, just directly on the dirty prep table. They also said they did not have the chili I ordered. Instead of refunding me they just gave me some taco meet in a cup. I’m not eating this. I just threw away $11. Don’t make my mistake. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Do not go late at night. Go to the Sheetz across the street instead. Find during the day.

Management must not adequately staff during late night hours. Repeatedly, I have had to wait 60+ minutes for food, in a nearly empty store, without any warning. Not fun at 1:30am.
