The store appears to be older but they keep it clean and updated as best as possible. Order a Whopper and onion rings. It was really good and flavorful. Asked for extra onions on the Whopper and they complied . Restroom was really spotless and the lobby. Manager Cally is very knowledgeable of her products and great customer service too. Was always smiling. Good to see.

Ordered about 40 minutes before they closed. Food was cold fries were hard and cold like they had been sitting past their time. Burger was the same way. I understand not wanting waste but then start making food to order instead of letting it sit there… I was an employee at another location I understand how it is but come on…

Waited 7 minutes to order with a line of cars behind us out of the parking lot and then another 7ish minutes for our ordwr, n the person we spoke to acted unbelievably annoyed that she even had to take our order. Awful service.

Placed an online order. Didn’t realize that the time you set for pick up is when the order enters their system.
Woman came off rude like we ruined her evening. She then went into the kitchen and I assume was grumbling about us.
Although they have redone this location it had an uncomfortable feeling about it.
It took 15 minutes after our pick up time to get our orders, which were inaccurate/missing items. We didn’t realize this until we got home and the individual who placed the order told us.
Soggy fries, cookies look like they were microwaved.
This location has always come off as shady and unappealing to visit.

Just skip this place if you want to save money, time and not get bad food. Never ever have I got quality food in this place. They think just we are buying fast food means we will eat their soggy fries and cold and overcooked meat in their sandwiches. Never again coming here.

Lady in the drive thru is slamming drinks on the counter complaining about what people ordered and mad at the line. Giving attitude like it’s our fault that there’s only two people working. Rude. If you don’t like your job why are you working here?

When I called to complain and asked for the manager the little girl said “Only managers can answer the phones”. I asked her if she was the one working drive thru she said she was and “They ALWAYS send out fresh food”. Hahaha what a joke see pictures below. These are the “fresh” onion rings I got plus 1 really fresh chicken nuggets. I paid 33.20 for my order it was right on the screen. I can tell you one thing if you lie to customers that’s why your food sits under the heat lamp and looks like that. If any of us get sick I’m calling the health department.

The burgers are usually right but the fries are terrible. They scrape whatever they have together and hand it out. Not worth the money even for the value size. Friendly staff though. Good service.

Should be no stars. I can’t believe I was served a burger so undercooked that it was still red. See attached picture. Absolutely disgusting. The health department needs to look into this place. Update: Contacted BK corporate and the store for a resolution. Corporate told me the store will take care of it. Still no response from either. Don’t waste your money at this location.
