10.8.25 update: my original review was one star and I have updated it to 5 stars based on my interaction today at this location. I went inside and ordered extra of everything. When it came time to pay I expressed my concerns and disappointments from the night before. I’m assuming the woman I spoke to was a manager. (12ish) She was extremely apologetic for the night before. She ended up making it right and comping my meal today. She did listen to my concerns and said that she would address them. And I have added a picture of my meal today. Complete difference but I am a happy customer now. Thank you so much for making it right. I will definitely be back.
10.7.25 review-I wasn’t aware that the portion sizes were coming out of your paycheck. A lot of avocado, little to no cheese a lot of tomato little to no sour cream and even less rice. Not a good start for your customers when you guys just opened. This is a complete joke. If you want a full meal go to Wilton they give you actual portions. To this location do better 2.6 stars on your 1st week of being open

i had an order for pickup at 9:40, & i did not receive until they closed at 10. when i walked in, there were 5 employees, 2 of which were just standing at the front talking & doing nothing, & virtually no one else in the building. the kitchen was an absolute mess, & i saw the girl making one order in the back drop a paper bag on the dirty floor & pick it up to still use it for the food. also, i ordered & paid for both extra cheese & a drink, neither of which i got. this was the worst service ive had from a chipotle, & that’s really saying something.

Something needs to change for this location. The food quality is really good, and the restaurant is very clean but one thing is dragging operations down: priorities. I’ve gone into this location three times and every time (without fail) there is one person who has been tasked with manning the main line and yet there are six other employees doing next to nothing to help that poor person. I waited in line for 30 minutes during my most recent trip. I was #10 in line and it wasn’t like they were out of anything or waiting on restocks. At the Wilton location I have rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes no matter what place in line I have and that is because they prioritize the main line and have at least 3 people working the counter. This is not the employees’ fault. This is management’s fault. An effective manager would recognize that tables do not need to be cleaned if people aren’t even having the chance to sit down (two employees were wiping down near spotless tables and milling about the restaurant while a queue of 15 people stood around). I know this place is in their infancy but seriously it cannot be that hard to re-allocate people when it gets busy. Until that happens I’ll be visiting the Wilton location for my chipotle needs. It’s truly a shame because this place offers better portions than Wilton from what I have experienced.

Quick service, especially for a Friday night. Ordered in store and took it to go. Heat held for the ride home. Food was fine. We had three different meats and nobody had any issues. Better option than Wilton, so will become a regular stop for us.

My boyfriend and I have been to this chipotle often, even when they first opened – we gave them the benefit of the doubt because you need to get the kinks out when you first open. Every time I’ve gone they’re “out of the dressing” or “are making it” and if it’s not that it’s something else. Not once in the dozen times we’ve been since it opened has there been complete ingredients.
Now if it’s 10 minutes before closing time, understandable, but this is 11:45 on a Sunday over an hour after they’ve opened. Which is the time we go 9 times out of 10. The person making my bowl looked at me and said “we don’t have the dressing” and then turned around and pointed at a blender and then asked what I wanted in my bowl, in very unpleasant way – almost like I annoyed her by asking for dressing (making dressing takes less than 10 minutes).
I’m in the hospitality industry, I’ve been in it for 14 years now – both front of the house as a bartender and server AND in the back of the house as a prep cook and on the line. I understand this industry inside and out, but the right thing to do would be do you want me to make your bowl and then finish the dressing? There was no body behind us.
I typically don’t write reviews, but when you’re paying for something especially in the hospitality industry, you expect good service and get what you pay for. I don’t expect to pay $50 for chipotle for two and then have to go home and make a dressing.
I always make sure my guests have what they need and more and always make sure their needs are met. This isn’t the case here!

I hadn’t eaten at a Chipotle in years as thought I’d get some carryout. I ordered on the app to avoid having to wait. When I got there they did not have drive thru and it was unclear if anyone would bring out the food to the spots marked for online and catering so I went inside. My food order was ready at the time promised and correct. It was good enough for fast food and the menu options were great, with important nutrition information easy to find.

Great location, food, and outdoor seating. Bowl was full (almost too much cheese lol) and heavy in hand. Sat out on the patio which was pleasant.

I will be happy to come back and increase the rating if I have a better experience.
Corporate needs to pay attention because they should NOT have opened this location when it clearly wasn’t ready. I arrived seven minutes after it was supposed to be open and all three doors were locked. I was told they were out of bowls so only burritos. How do you not have bowls a week into opening? The food did NOT look good. The beans were caked over and the guac was brown. No peppers either. I got to the cashier and was told their fountain drinks weren’t working either. I asked for a discount and the manager was very accommodating. The staff member checking me out needs training because she had no idea how to use the machine so it took much longer than anticipated. I am giving two stars instead of one because for the most part, the staff was kind.
I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Lots of things to improve!

Is this the size of normal bowls now?? Looks like someone put my bowl in a side order of rice/ beans. Not to mention placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arrival for 6:00PM ready time, got to restaurant and they said they haven’t even started it yet LOL .

Very small portions compared to Wilton location and my bowl came in some plastic container…. Also forgot the salsa and Guac I paid for….. The system they have in the back for mobile orders certainly needs to be improved as well. Does not look too clean and I waited 25 min past my pick-up time to get my order. I understand it just opened and recommend locals stick with the Wilton location until this one “hopefully” irons out its kinks.
