Made an order for a stuffed crust half pepperoni and sausage and half cheese, not the whole pizza being pepperoni and sausage, the order I just received is unacceptable and will provide a picture below because who also wants an undercooked pizza? Not me. Pizza is stuck to the box and 2/8 pieces didn’t even have anything on them as if they slid the pizza or maybe even dropped it in the floor, this isn’t the first time it’s happened either, thought about giving them the benefit of the doubt but hey i guess you can’t work right when you’re not sober either huh? Employees high off their tails in there making food. And to top everything off…A PIZZA IS SUPPOSED TO BE RECTANGLE OR CIRCLE, not just thrown in the box man this is unacceptable and will not come back! Really need to step it up on the drug test.

Generally, I’m not a fan of a little Ceasars pizza.. it’s cheap, fast and can fill an empty stomach, but it’s lacking in everything good for you and what makes a good pizza memorable. On my most recent visit though, something was different. I’m not sure if their recipe has changed or if whomever made my pizza was the best they have, but it was actually a decent pie, not great-but decent.. if you’re on the south side of hendersonville or just passing through, and don’t want to spend or don’t have $10+ to shell out for a pizza, Little Ceasars is for you

This little caesars is a decent location. But some their employees need to be told twice to get anything. The food is good, but had one bad experience with my crazy bread being half cooked. Overall its good for the money you spend there.

Service sucks. They always say it’ll be 45 min to an hour before food will be ready. Half the time they get it wrong. I went in for 3 pepperoni crazy puffs and they gave me 3 cheese. Went in one time and they said my order was in the machine and I put my code in and an empty door opened. It took me 10 minutes to get help. They put it in the wrong hole. They didn’t want to give it to me. I had to pull up my ap and prove who I was and the ap had already closed out that order. It was hell getting my pizza. The Spartanburg hwy store screws up more than it gets right. If they don’t want to take care of customers they lock the front door and won’t let anyone in. It’s the only one in our area or I wouldn’t go there.

We decided to try the Detroit Pizza you get two slices and for mozzarella breadsticks walked in they had just taken it out of the oven sat in the car and ate it hot it was fabulous

The manager, Taylor Laughtner, told me he “Did not care” that my order was incorrect.
Had ordered a supreme pizza, crazy bread. Waited 25 minutes, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes for the crazy bread. We needed to leave. Taylor then handed me a pizza WITH crazy bread (shocker).
Got home, our pizza was a cheese. Not suprene. Went back to the store to have the order corrected. Taylor, the manger, flat told me he “did not care” that our order was wrong. I questioned him about what he said. He repeated himself. That he “did not care”. Refunded my money. Then told me to leave.
I was polite right up to the point he told me he did not care.
He mistreated his customer, was rude, & it was their mistake. He should not be managing this store.

I guess it’s no longer Hot N Ready? My daughter and I waited about 15-20 minutes for one regular pepperoni, one cheese, and breadsticks. It wasn’t too bad because we tried to make the best of it. There were some questionable characters that came in while we were there, which was a bit nerve-racking. Maybe they were drunk? Don’t know… Not Little Caesars fault, just the location, I guess. (I would suggest calling ahead in order to prevent waiting at the store.) I do have to say that the employee that we interacted with was friendly. The pizza was good once we got it home, but the breadsticks could’ve baked a little longer. I will still give this location another shot when/if we want Little Caesars again.

My family and I came in today wanting to order pizza and Italian breadsticks. We were told what was available and anything else would be a 35 minute wait. We decided we’d get what was already ready! We were then told that they had only one case of marinara sauce and that we couldn’t get any? I’m like okay, doesn’t it come with it? He says, in a very rude manner, no it comes with the regular breadsticks but either way I’m only handing it out with pizzas. How does that even make sense? Pizza already has marinara? And the price includes the sauce with it, so how can you tell a paying customer, you won’t give them what they’re paying for? Avoid this place
