Relaxed restaurant with comfortable seating.
The food was average. The flank steak did not need the shallot sauce, which added little to the flavour.
The service was friendly but painfully slow throughout. From the initial greeting and seating to drinks, food, and finally the bill, everything took far longer than expected. This might be understandable if the restaurant were busy, but it was only about a quarter full. Also, I’m not sure why only one person was taking food and drink orders. ♂️

Hands down best restaurant in Dickinson Bay Area. We went twice during the week. Views are spectacular and Errol and Marsha were great.

We recently celebrated a monumental occasion at Bayhouse Restaurant and Bar, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations.
We reserved the private room for $385 EC. Initially, we were told that the reservation fee would not go toward the final bill, but when it was time to settle up, they actually applied that amount to the bill, which was a very pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated.
There was a little miscommunication at first regarding the room, but once I spoke with Careena, she immediately rectified the situation and was incredibly accommodating. The room setup ended up being absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. It created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
Our server, Bri, was phenomenal. We had a party of 18 people, and I honestly didn’t see her smile fade once. She was attentive, communicative, and consistently kept us informed whenever there were slight delays with food or drinks, including the reasons behind them. Even when a few discrepancies came up with the bill, she handled everything with so much grace and professionalism. She truly made us feel taken care of.
I also want to commend Kenroy, the bartender. He was the only bartender working, and the main restaurant was quite busy with guests both at the bar and throughout the dining area. Despite that, once we received our drinks, they were excellent and well worth the wait.
Overall, our experience was fantastic. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food, drinks, and especially the service. I’m a huge stickler for customer service, and this team truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Bayhouse for special occasions and group celebrations.

You to understand the severe nature of this post, I would like to preface by saying that I have never written nor have I posted a food review in my 29 years on Gods earth. But for Bay House I will make an exception. I paid THIRTY NINE EASTERN CARIBBEAN DOLLARS for the salad on the left. That salad was from Bay House. I have no idea whether it is chicken or fish. I have nearly finished my meal. It was supposed to be a chicken Caesar salad. Why is a random nacho on the top of my salad? Avoid this place like the plague! The bottom right picture is a chicken taco salad bowl from El Taco Loco which cost me 29 dollars. Just save yourself the headache and go there instead

Celebrated my father’s 80th birthday party here at Trade Winds hotel in Azure Room. My Cordinator was Careena Eastwood, she exhibited high professionalism with poised. From organizing the event to assisting me during the event with whatever services were provided. I must say the event had little to no hiccups, thanks to her team members Kerissa and Janet. These girls slide seamlessly throughout the event, you didn’t even notice there where there until you needed them. The setup was beautiful and the food was great! Compliments to the chiefs. If you want to plan a small group event, this is the place to try. Thank you for making this event hassle free.

I hosted my niece and her fiance wedding rehearsal dinner at Bay House, it was awesome. My family and friends truly enjoyed ourselves. The food was super delicious and mouthwatering. The atmosphere was more than we expected. Thanks to Bay House and their team for welcoming us and made our night one that was memorable. We visited on a Thursday night, with only a few other tables in attendance. Service was very slow from the start despite there being staff on hand. Food options weren’t all there unfortunately. I got a seafood fettuccine which was excellent. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals too. I would go again.
