The wings here are absolutely exquisite. The flavor is always a 10/10. The spicy flavors are amazingly spicy. If I was on death row, the wings here would be my last meal. The service was amazing, the workers greeted me as I walked in and offered me a free cookie. In this economy?? Yes. The atmosphere is unique and cool looking and I like how the menu is on tv looking things. Definitely will come back and put all of my friends onto this wing spot.

Food is always hit or miss. Its either really good, or ice cold. Today I ordered the 10 wing pack and the 6 tender packs, and they forgot the fries. I called the store and they said that I have to wait for the manager to call me back and I’m like why can’t you just issue me a refund? Shouldn’t there be other managers on the premises when she is off? Food was ice cold as well and fries were extremely soggy. Overall disappointed and will never order from Wings over again.

We went here on probably the busiest day of the year Super Bowl Sunday and placed a wing order online at 2 PM. The order said it would be ready at 2:45 PM and I didn’t mind waiting so I got there early and sat at a table. Once they got my name, they offered to expedite the order which was unnecessary but such a nice thing to do especially with how busy they were. Aside from the friendliness of the staff, the wings and fries are amazing as well. We love this place not just on Super Bowl Sunday, but all the time.

I used to love the wings here. they tasted really good, but after a couple of months of not ordering here, they changed everything. They don’t have the waffle fries anymore and they use boxes instead of the other white plastic containers, which are really flimsy. The taste is just not good anymore. I feel like the quality has gone down and the prices are too high for the flavor and quality I’ve received. this is unfortunate. I really liked the wings here.

I’m not sure what is going on at this place recently but they really need to get it together. I have been ordering from this place for years and since they were bought out by a group of pepegas in 2017 it has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The quality of chicken seems to have declined (maybe a sourcing issue?). The employees apparently do not know how to read a ticket.
They started skimping on the sauce, the wings used to be lathered in a nice amount now it seems like its basically a dry rub. Then they charge you like 2 bucks for additional hot sauce and the majority of the time they dont even put it in the bag. I’m seriously not sure how people can lack the mental capacity and forget items over and over and over again.
