I’m very disappointed with my food. I even called to make sure that I had enough toppings on my sub because the last few times I order I got nothing but bread and load of onions. I SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A SANDWICH I CANNOT EVEN EAT!!!! Wish I could post a picture of this crap

Very disappointed in my food and the way they haven’t cleaned tables an floors just very nasty as soon as you walk in and they talk inappropriately while I sat down trying to eat and the salads are 12$ but they can’t chop anything up? Is it because ur lazy?

Went to order a sub and one of the associate told me, it would be 10 minutes before she could take my order. There were two associates making subs ( I am guessing a big order) one person could taken in store orders and the other make the subs ordered. Bad business for small town. This is my hometown and I was expecting better service. I walked out and I will not go back to that location ever again. Deserve no stars for bad customer Service

Every time we order from here the food is ALWAYA ALWAYS made wrong. No matter how much directions we give them or how may times we tell them. I’m just about had it at this point. No one wants to eat a dry sandwich or a salad w the damn dressing all over the lid. That’s unbecoming. It’s that hard to make our food as directed. But these people don’t give a crap about your food. Smh.

The food here has really gone downhill. Aside from them never (and I do mean never) answering their phone, the people behind the counter don’t change their gloves between orders and give a scowl and an eye roll when they’re asked to (allergies anyone?). Their tomatoes are often mushy/slimy and their wraps, which typically come in a standard flour tortilla now come in a flatbread simply folded in half. It’s really terrible. I used to be a bi weekly customer but it will be a long while before I decide to go back.

Service is slow. Make an order online and every time I come in it’s never ready. End up waiting almost 20-30mins for 2 subs. Ordering multiple subs online they tend to put the wrong condiments on the subs or mix them up

My husband and I went here to eat. Before we ordered I went to the bathroom to use it and wash my hands. When I came out to order my food the black lady with the attitude put a sign on the door saying bathroom for customers only. So I guess you have to get your food first before you use their facility. If you have to have an attitude then you don’t need to work with the public.
