I do not often get starbucks tbh the drink itself tasted exactly like every other pink drink but i asked for light ice and this is like half the cup filled with ice. For the prices this company charges, they should be more honest with customers. The cashier taking my order and helping me was great though.

The last several times I ordered from this location has been disappointing. I order an ice chai latte with oatmilk topped with the brown sugar protien cold foam. One time they clearly didn’t clean the container they used to mix it because it tasted like strawberries. Then the last to times it tasted like chai flavor oatmilk instead of a chai with oatmilk. If I wanted a cup of oatmilk I would go to the store and bought oatmilk.

I ordered a caramel macchiato this morning with extra caramel drizzle and I’m just very confused how these employees don’t know how to make drinks. They literally just poured warm milk in it and called it a day. Seems like they go through new employees weekly.

Talk about remodel! It looks beautiful inside- almost unrecognizable!! Also, absolutely love the service here. Very friendly and efficient. I am slightly biased because I know someone at this location, but she has terrific customer service / communication skills. Speaks a lot about the team here.

Look how festive and spooky this Starbucks is! All of the partners working today were so friendly and helpful as I tried to order the right items for bonus start bingo! They were extremely busy, especially in the drive thru, but they didn’t rush me at all, and my order was done quickly. Highly recommend this location!
