Flour | Valor Acres brings the spirit of Flour to Brecksville with the same dedication to craftsmanship and genuine hospitality that Chef Paul Minnillo and Chef Matt Mytro have shared since opening the original Flour | Moreland Hills in 2011. Our Valor Acres location is designed as a welcoming neighborhood gathering place where guests can enjoy signature dishes, handmade pastas, wood-fired specialties, and seasonal offerings prepared with care. The atmosphere is lively, comfortable, and ideal for everything from a casual dinner to a special celebration. Flour | Valor Acres offers a spacious bar, open kitchen seating, and private dining options. We look forward to welcoming Brecksville to the newest home of the Flour Family.

We went there with friends before Christmas. Nice addition to what we have in Brecksville. Atmosphere is nice but those chairs with wooden legs are terribly loud on the concrete like floor. We had to stop our conversations while staff was setting up another table next to us because they did not lift the chairs while moving them around. Service was friendly, food was ok. Calamari were crispy but had no taste at all. The cesar salat is not recommended, just an oily taste and far too expensive for what you get. The Margerita pizza with added prosciutto was tasty, asking for adding some fresh garlic was not possible. Dough is thin and crispy. The Chicken Parmesan was ok, nothing special. We did not get any wine as $18 per glass is too much for our taste. Asked for and Espresso Macchiato, not an option. Chocolate Mousse was great. Overal first experience was ok. We are not in a hurry to go back there.

I was Lucky enough to dine on opening weekend! Our server was so friendly, the food was exceptional. We had a little bit of everything across the menu…do not skip the fried olives or the bolognese! Can’t wait to go back

Loved seeing Flour expand to Brecksville. Matt and the team are some of the best in the biz. Our food was terrific and I’m definitely coming for Flour wood-fired pizza often. Love their Italian specialties but they do everything well.

This was our first night here and the food was amazing! I had the salmon and he had the prime rib. We got the spinach and crispy fingerlings to share as our sides. Let me tell you, the salmon was perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside yet moist on the inside. I tasted the prime rib and it was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Our server Janelle was absolutely amazing.. very friendly and knowledgeable! We will ask for her again next time for sure! Make sure to order the Sage Reckoning cocktail as it is very inventive and delicious!

We went in on valentines day. We got the crab artichoke dip. It was super fishy which means either fake crab or very low quality crab. We didnt eat it after a couople bites and they took it off our bill, which was proper. The ricotta agnolotti was delightfull. The crispy potatoes were pretty good. The eggplant meatless balls were pretty good. The Drinks were good. The grilled bronzini was dry and over cooked. Good flavor but fish should not be dry.
The service was eh. The server was nice but not very attentive. It was later in the evening and not very busy, but I’m sure it was a long day. Nonetheless, for the price and feel they are trying to accomplish, I feel I should not have to wait too long without a drink. I think he could have been more attentive for what it’s worth. $170 is not bad for finer dining; however, the experience and food should all match.

Whether you want to sit at the bar or dinning area it’s a great experience. Very tentative staff, great drink menu, and the pizza is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back. Great addition to the area!

Our waitress did a very good job, and the wine we had was excellent. Our calamari appetizer was very disappointing. The main course salmon that I had was quite good. The atmosphere was pleasant. Overall this is a decent restaurant, but for the prices I feel that it should be better.

We went for Valentine’s Day and had a great experience. Our server Win was nice and very informative and fun to talk to. Our food was amazing, the pasta was so good. The people around us were riding pizza, which smelled and looked amazing. So we will be back to try that next.
