Best breakfast sandwich place. The lineup was huge and had to wait around 15 minutes for the food but it was definitely worth it. The eggs are so soft and perfectly seasoned. Along with the bun made an excellent and satisfying sandwich experience. It is fun to see the staff churning out dozens of sandwiches at a time.

Eggslut Glendale serves up some of the best breakfast sandwiches around — soft scrambled eggs, buttery brioche buns, and bold flavors like the Fairfax and Slut that live up to the hype. The space is bright and modern, though lines can get long and portions lean small for the price. Still, it’s a tasty and satisfying stop if you’re craving a gourmet egg fix.

The name kind of says it all. Every dish had eggs and was freshly made. Their hashbrowns were delicious. The staff was friendly. There’s a fast speed vibe at this place so don’t expect the staff to focus on you too much. Limited indoor seating, but they do have some outdoor seating. Try the orange juice. It was great!

1000% yes. I came here for the first time today and ordered the Fairfax, French toast sticks, and truffle tots. French toasts sticks – amazing, cooked properly, and the maple custard is insane. I usually use plain maple syrup but the custard was so good and smooth, really elevated the french toast. Fairfax – I removed the sriracha mayo, hard scrambled the eggs (I like my eggs more firm), and added avocado. This sandwich is so good, the chives are a nice touch, avocado is always a good choice, I loved this. Truffle tots – This was my first time trying truffle anything and I ended up not liking the flavor of the truffle, but the tots themselves were freshly cooked and crispy. 10/10 for the French toasts sticks and Fairfax and 3/10 truffle tots, I’ll try them without the truffle salt next time because I will definitely be back.

Five stars for the Fairfax sandwich and/or the Slut. The Fairfax is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had – and that’s the basic Fairfax with no extras. The brioche bun is perfect, the cheddar is just that right strength and the sriracha sauce is used sparingly. There’s a tasty little surprise in the center, too. I recommend the orange juice and the Slut as well. I don’t recommend anything else. Know upfront that the food is rich. You order at the counter; it’s not a sit down full service restaurant. They close at 2.

good egg sandwich – fluffy eggs and it’s not too greasy

I’ve seen that this place was in Grand Central Market a long time ago and that since then they have expanded but I’ve never been there. Finally went to one of their branches and they di serve filling, flavorful goods (good luckbfinding parking near their original GCM site). Anyway, very much worth the stop.

I wanted to like it. You must really love eggs and grease to enjoy this place. I ordered a cheeseburger and I did not read the ingredients but it comes with an egg. The french toast sticks are greasy and taste like a churro. The hash browns were probably the only good thing on the menu. Mind you, we all know you need to fry these so the grease was expected. Pretty pricey would not eat here again.

The breakfast bacon, over-medium egg, and cheese sandwich from Eggslut is a true morning indulgence. Nestled inside a soft, buttery brioche roll, the sandwich starts with thick, crispy bacon that adds a savory crunch to each bite. The over-medium egg is cooked perfectly, with a rich, slightly runny yolk that enhances the sandwich’s texture without overwhelming it. A generous layer of melty cheese ties everything together, adding a creamy richness. The buttery brioche roll is light and fluffy, making the whole sandwich feel like a gourmet twist on a classic breakfast staple—perfectly satisfying and bursting with flavor.

Was pleased to find out Eggslut would be located directly across from where we were staying for the weekend. The atmosphere was airy and clean. The staff were welcoming and chill. We ordered a Fairfax, a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, two orders of truffle hash browns, and fresh orange juice to wash it all down. Everything came out looking amazing. I enjoyed the simplicity of the presentation, but everything tasted amazing. The soft scramble on the Fairfax paired with the caramelized onions was so buttery and delicious, but could’ve done without the cheese. My partner who had the bacon, egg, and cheese wished it had more bacon and I guess more of a melty cheese. Overall, a great experience.
