had an awful experience at this Starbucks. I thought I’d be in and out, but instead, I’ve been stuck in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes , and I’ve only moved one car length! ⏳ At this rate, it feels like it’s going to be an hour before I can finally get out of here. I feel like im a hostage!!
It’s ridiculous to see how poorly things are managed. People are coming and going inside while I’m just sitting here, unable to move. I really hope they can figure this out because it’s definitely not a pleasant experience.

I mistakenly ordered my 3 drinks order on another location!
Being a student, 20$ was a big thing for me and I thought there goes my money!
But Khairi stepped up and made me my order. She was the sweetest, took a look at my drinks and immediately assured me that she will take care of them!
This made me and my whole family’s entite night, 10 of 10 for everything!

I had a great experience today at this location 11 am. My drink was so refreshing and delicious. The customer service went above and beyond. I loved the energy and enthusiasm of the guy who took my order. Best customer service ever.!! I would also like to mention that he greeted me in Spanish and that was special for me because I’m very proud of my roots.

I go in in person to order an iced banana Matcha latte, I am told that you guys are out of banana. I go to order a pistachio latte and guess what? you guys are out of pistachio…. I order a caramel Frappuccino and as I’m waiting near the drink pick up counter one of the employees spills a hot coffee all over the counter and splashes all over my freshly washed white Nike sweatpants barely says sorry and keeps moving on with her day. What kind of experience is this ? Ruined my whole outfit and had to go home and change because of her total incompetence. Never will I EVER come here or to any Starbucks again.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Starbucks location in the past — friendly staff and great coffee. But this week has been really disappointing. For the past three or four days, I haven’t been able to get my favorite coffee drink because the front counter keeps saying the coffee machine is broken. When I ask when it will be fixed, they just say they don’t know. I hope this gets resolved soon because I really enjoy coming here for my coffee, but lately it’s been frustrating.

Poor service here…don’t make customers waster their time, process a mobile order just to leave an empty wrapper of an item written in sharpie “out of stock”. Simply update your mobile ordering so items unavailable cannot be ordered. Horrible service and this is the second time this has happened hence the reason for this review.

Very slow…every time.
While team members are nice and kind the speed of service is very slow and messy. Seems understaffed and not correctly organized on any shift. The service had decay in the past year considerably.
