Service was hit or miss the last two times I’ve been here but the tables are spaced nicely. On weekends, they offer brunch as well as the regular menu. The pizza’s are personal sized, about six slices per pie. Fine for sharing if you are ordering other things. Very thin crust but it’s all about the crust! Meatballs are a favorite and I really enjoyed the caccio de pepe. Brussel sprouts are perfectly seasoned and cooked. Mocktails are great, ask for the mint mojito.

The entire staff were friendly and accommodating, including the wait staff. Sukhi M was a wonderful waitress. The food was AMAZING, worth every penny. Highly recommend!
I suggest the restaurant use higher quality dinner napkins, I had lint all over my pants after using one. The cloth napkins are pilling and peeling.

I went to Serafina on Saturday night, and while the food was excellent, flavorful, well-prepared and exactly what I expect from a nice Italian restaurant, the experience was overshadowed by poor management. We’ve been to this location many times, and unfortunately we’ve noticed the same issue more than once.
We had a concern with our seating, and the manager’s handling of it was disappointing. His approach felt dismissive, not respectful for women and after we expressed our concerns he never checked back or made any effort to ensure we were comfortable. It left us feeling like our presence wasn’t valued, which is surprising for a place known for hospitality.
Our server was doing a great job despite being busy, but leadership is what sets the tone in a restaurant, and that attention was missing. It’s unfortunate because he made the evening far less enjoyable than it should have been.
I rarely leave reviews but I felt it was important to share this so the restaurant can hopefully address the issue.

The appetisers were not bad but the pasta was garbage- specially the vongole pasta: overcooked spaghetti/ mushy and soggy with few bits of funny tasting vongole.
I think this branch puts little effort in the food given the transient nature of their patrons (tourists dining before or after Broadway).

The place itself was pretty, and the workers were all rather nice. We got our food very fast. The margarita pizza was unfortunately disappointing. The spicy pizza, however, was a bit better. The Caesar salad was great as well as the Arrabiata pasta.

Had a reservation but arrived 45 mins earlier & hostess sat us right away. Server warmly greeted us.
Menu had good variety & clear descriptions. Server was patient &-answered questions related to menu.
We started w focaccia which was more like toasted pita bread. It was tasty but a little dry. The bruschetta was 3 small slices of bread w lots of chopped tomatoes.
The spaghetti w pomodora sauce was a nice portion & quite tasty.
Service was attentive throughout meal. Atmosphere was pleasant and able to enjoy conversation at table. Will be back!

My husband and I visited from Columbus Ohio to celebrate my 47th birthday. We just had Sunday night to celebrate. This place was recommended by a jeweler we visited earlier in the day.. A beautiful place and great atmosphere. I had lasagna and it was good. I ate it all. my husband got a chicken and pasta dish. However, there was no flavor at all in the chicken and pasta was a little hard. (I tried it too) He didn’t eat. The owner personally came out and spoke with us and took it off our bill. Had his plate been different, I would have given five stars.

Wonderful service and incredible food! The reservation was probably not necessary at 5:40pm, but did get crowded later. Located right next to the Eugene O’Neill theatre so very convenient if you have Broadway tickets!
