This is the second time this location has made a mistake on my order. The first time was a while back, and now that I ordered again, it happened again.
Before ordering, I asked about the Tuesday $3 two-piece meal and confirmed that it does NOT include a breast. Because of that, I chose the $5 three-piece meal specifically after asking if it included a breast, and I was told yes. I’ve ordered this same deal at another location before and it did include a breast, which is why I was careful to ask.
I ordered TWO of the $5 three-piece meals. When I got home, the orders were wrong.
First box: two small drumsticks and a thigh — no breast.
Second box: a drumstick and a wing, no thigh, and one very small breast.
The employee also seemed like she didn’t want to talk or help at all.
This isn’t what I was told at the counter, and I wouldn’t have ordered this deal if I’d been told otherwise. Very disappointing experience.

Let’s talk sides. Cajun fries stay seasoned till the last fry. Mashed potatoes with gravy taste like they’ve been cooking since 6 a.m. in someone’s grandma’s kitchen. Biscuits? Dry enough to humble you, but once you add honey or jelly, suddenly it’s worth the struggle.
The service is amazing and when that box hits your hands and it’s hot? You forget everything. Popeyes doesn’t rush perfection.
Popeyes is for people who want their chicken crispy, spicy, and disrespectfully good. If you’re scared of flavor, go elsewhere. If not—welcome home.

What a ripoff!!! Bought a 16 piece spicy family meal. There were no breast or white meat at all. NOT One Piece. Mostly wings and drumsticks, a couple of thighs with no meat. It’s was not spicy either like it used to be. With sides it was an expensive box of cheap chicken wings.

First of all the service was amazing thats a star right there, the employees and managers we’re really kind as well and they ask you if you need anything. The food was amazing and the biscuit was amazing it usually really really dry but it was amazing at this place and the restrooms we’re really clean i usually never write reviews but i had to write on for this location since it was amazing 5 stars for being really kind and service was amazing and fast i really appreciate it that because other places always take to long for the food to come out.

First thing is don’t use your Apple pay always pay with a credit card when I first pulled up to the window a gentleman ask are you going to pay with Apple pay I replied no. My order was $18 and some change I gave the gentleman a $20 bill he gave me the change back he kept my $1.00 dollar when I said hey you owe me a $1.00 dollar he said oh and gave me my $1.00 dollar back. The gentleman was very sweet to me he told me he was going to drop me fresh fries and they did not have fries but guess what the fries was fresh you tried to keep my $1 and only gave me the change back you also gave me very very very very very very old chicken people and fast food is beginning not the even love their job love is cooked in the food I repeat do not pay with cash I repeat do not pay with cash unless you have exact cash please pay with credit or debit card

I decided to try their new wings, but was completely disappointed. I got the BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. The Garlic Parmesan flavor was mediocre, but at least those wings were sauced. The BBQ wings had a decent BBQ flavor but they were not sauced. It looks like some did a heavy drizzle of BBQ sauce over them. The flavor of the actual wings were mediocre. If you are looking for a good wing don’t go to Popeyes, they are not in the wing game!

Service was great..older gentleman was super nice. I get home to eat the red beans and rice and the rice was NOT COOKED!! They had half cooked & half UNcooked! OMG! I was SO disappointed!! I hadn’t been here in almost a year and this will make me NOT wish to return!

If i could leave a 0 start review I would. I ordered food around lunch time off the kiosk, got home ate it and shortly after I began feeling sick and felt sick the next day as well. Throwing up and extremely stomach pain and was having extreme diarrhea. I called to let them know, I spoke with Amy and she basically dismissed the situation and said unless I can prove it she can’t help me even with my bank charge prove showing the charge, she made it seem as if I was lying and have nothing better do. This popeyes is a 0 star please stay away, unless you want food poisoning. The employees have said plenty of times the grease is not regularly changed.
