The place used to be better a few years ago, but the last few times I’ve been there, the service has been extremely slow, and the food not good. The last time I went, they burnt the bread, piled on meat, and made the sandwich sloppy. It’s disappointing to spend almost 40 dollars on two meals and receive subpar sandwiches.

We had one good experience here. That was our first visit. As a result, we decided to eat here a couple more times, even though the experiences were not as good as the first time. We thought maybe they were having an off day. After the 3rd lackluster experience, we tried contacting a manager and were told a district manager would be contacting us back later that day. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times since then, get told the same thing. Terrible service. Will no longer be spending our money here.

Not only does this business support a great cause, their food is far better tasting than your standard chain sub shop.
I got a meatball sub this time, and it was phenomenal. They just do it better here!
The wait for my sub was around 5 minutes, but it was nice and hot when I got it.
They seem to have a deal or two always going on.
Will, of course, be back.

Amazing food, every time i come in the manager alejandra is so sweet and happy. When i come at night Alecia and Lendell are always in such amazing moods and so helpful. This is by far the best firehouse subs i’ve been to in a long time ! The double chocolate chip cookies are the best item also !

One of the most delicious subs I’ve ever had. Normally I wouldn’t get a sub sandwich anywhere else but Subway, much less get a meatball sub, but it just looked good today and I was thoroughly impressed!
