Ghada was our server, who took great care of us. We ordered several dishes to share: Lamb Ribs, Lamb Shank Mandi, Moussaka, and Syrian Salad. Everything was delicious. Our favorite was the tender lamb shank. We ended the meal with the Baklava.
The only bummer thing was that they no longer honor the Restaurant.com deals. It’s still a decent experience.
Even the staff (I believe the owner) felt truly genuine. No fake smiles, no overtrained “robotic” service — just real welcome. I felt welcomed in the most authentic way. A few families were enjoying their dinners quietly, adding to the calm vibe.
And the food… THIS is what fresh tastes like. The lamb shank was tender on the inside with a perfectly crispy golden layer on the outside. The rice was honestly the best I’ve ever had. That meal alone made my trip to San Antonio worth it.
I sincerely wish you all the best. May you continue to sustain this quality and keep the peaceful charm of your beautiful restaurant forever.
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️ This Syrian restaurant in San Antonio is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an atmosphere that blends culture, warmth, and authenticity. Whether you choose the traditional ground seating ️ or the classic tables ️, the vibes transport you straight to the heart of Syria. ✨
Now, let’s talk about the food… oh my goodness! I ordered the grilled fish, and it was out of this world . Perfectly spiced, full of rich and bold flavors, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite felt like a journey across seas of tradition and heritage. ️ The flavors weren’t just delicious—they were deeply authentic, the kind of taste you can’t fake.
The menu itself is a treasure chest , filled with variety and endless options. From appetizers to main courses, every dish feels like a story told through spices and tradition. The service was lightning quick ⚡️ yet done with so much care and hospitality—it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home.
Honestly, this was an experience that is second to none . A restaurant that doesn’t just serve food, but serves culture, authenticity, and memories. If you’re in San Antonio and haven’t tried this hidden gem yet, you’re missing out big time!
The food was amazing and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the Mandi Chicken. The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and the rice was packed with flavor. You can really taste the authentic spices and care that went into every dish.
