Great burgers, but staff can be a little more friendly. No one greeted when we walked in. We ordered 3 meals, the person at the register didn’t even acknowledge us between the items ordered. Just pressed something on the register and looked at us (no “ok” or “anything else” or even “got it “).

Shake machine broken, tells me I’m getting a refund and manager is putting it through, proceeds to steal my money until the next time I go back 5 days later and they give me a $10 gift card instead of a refund. Will not be going back to 5 guys again, corporate greed and garbage.

What happened here? The burgers were so good n real meat now you get well done dry inedible thin patties and a sesame bun that is so mushy can’t eat it. The fries are the only reason I gave it 2 stars. 19.00! Don’t bother for burgers, 9.69 a burger!

Horrible service. I ordered online for delivery and it never arrived despite being marked as delivered on the confirmation page. I called the store and they told me to call uber. I told them I didn’t have an uber account. They said there was nothing they could do because they fulfilled the order and their third party delivery driver failed to deliver it. Now the store won’t answer my calls. Don’t order from here.
