We stopped for dinner and we were very pleased. The service was great, the food was great, and the pice was reasonable. We were seated quickly. The drink order was taken as we were seated and quickly served to us. The food order was taken when drinks were served The food was made to order so it had a reasonable wait time. The waiter was there for every need most of the time before we actually needed him. Drinks were replenished as needed. Did not have to wait for.check or for boxes for leftovers. Paying was quick and easy. Left and arrived with a friendly greeting. Definitely a place I will be visiting again.

Well first off, it used to be a Japanese steakhouse, and it shows in the decor. As in, the seats still have Japanese writing on them. Second off, there was no WiFi, which is just weird in 2019. There were 5 other tables besides ours with guests there, on Superbowl Sunday.

Our appetizer, Crab cakes, were served on top of lettuce and were good, but could have been just a smidge more crispy. Beers average $5 a piece, with a moderate selection. Between our appetizer and entrees, 2 warmed buns were brought out with butter. They were tasty, and helped hold us over until the food came out. I feel like several more of these while waiting for food could have significantly enriched our expirience.

The main entrees (steam boiled crab, clams, and shrimp) came out after 30 minutes and were okay, but just seemed to be lacking something. Other businesses combine sausage with dishes like this to offset the small portion sizes and fill you up. The garlic sauce was very good (4/5), the special sauce was okay (3/5).

Over all, I’ve had worse. I’ve also had much better for the price we paid ($100 for 2 people). Joe’s Crab Shack has everything this place did for the same price, with higher quality, a better drink menu (ex: shark bite), and a much cheerier atmosphere. As another reviewer stated, it doesn’t feel like this place will be here for long.

I probably won’t go back, but I wouldn’t discourage others from going. The waitress was very nice as well.

I took my wife over to seafood harbor for lunch after hearing about another seafood joint that opened up near us. After trying juicy seafood I wanted to see if seafood harbor could give them a run for their money but I was wrong.

What we ordered
Clam chowder
Fried calamari
Lobster roll
Combo E -shrimb, lobster, snow crab legs, potato and corn.

Two cocktail drinks

Clam chowder- the clam chowder was clumpy but delicious. It needed to be a little bit more watery in my opinion but besides that the clams were fresh and that flavor was great.

Fried calamari- The fried calamari was fresh and cooked perfectly.

Lobster roll – This was the biggest dissapointment now understand you are paying $18.99 which is a hefty price so you expect a decent amount of lobster in your roll but your wrong. What they did was elegantly placed the lobster on the upper portion of the roll to mimic that it was completely full, while the bottom of the roll was left with little pieces of lobster. I would recommend anyone not to get this item since it is such a rip-off

Combo E – everything was great except for one thing the sauce. My wife ordered the harbor special but there was something missing. For some reason at juicy seafood the juicy special sauce has more favor that wants to make you like the bowl. The spice level was awesome however the snow crab legs were a bit salty.

All in all I would recommend anyone to go to juicy seafood to compare both. In terms of flavor my vote goes to juicy seafood but when it comes to decor seafood harbor is more elegant. You guys be the judge!

Located close to the shopping mall in henrietta. My 10yr old loves crab legs. He has been here before but this was my first time so I thought to give it a try. We both shared Special Combo F which was King Crab Legs, shrimp and sausage in garlic butter sauce. It was delicious. I ordered a side of Hushpuppies, they were a little over cooked but still delicious with the dipping sauce. I also ordered a side of their seafood harbor special blend sauce for an up charge. This was a casual dining experience. Waiter was attentive, friendly and efficient. It was over all good service and well worth it.

I stopped by Seafood Harbor yesterday for lunch at around 1:30pm. Their menu looked pretty good online and as an added bonus I saw that they carried Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier.

I was seated immediately and my waitress was very kind. I ordered my beer and perused the menu while she gave me some time. Unfortunately when my beer arrived it was the Weihenstephaner Kellerbier, which is a different variety and style than the Hefe Weissbier. I asked if it could be replaced but my waitress informed me that was the only Weihenstephaner beer they carried. I politely let her know that they are advertising the wrong kind on their menu, any that’s the only point I will take off. I ordered a Pepsi instead and was glad to see I was not charged for the beer.

I ordered the Lobster Roll and normal fries. Per their menu you can order the lobster roll cold with mayo or hot with melted butter, and I opted for the latter. The sandwich was delicious! The roll was perfectly toasted and the lobster itself was hot and flavorful. The french fries were also very good, as they were plenty hot and crispy.

I paid $30 for everything, tip included. While this may seem high to some considering the amount of food I got, I was very satisfied personally. The roll had plenty of lobster stuffed into it to justify the price.

On a whole I had a very good first experience here, and I would recommend it to anyone in Rochester craving a good lobster roll!

Very interesting find in Henrietta! The food is served to you in a bag and the entire table is your plate! This eating style is something that I only did at home when the family cooks seafood.

The food was cooked perfectly but the sauce is a bit overwhelming. Absolute butter overload. I’m not saying it’s as a bad thing. Just something to know if you decide to get the harbor special sauce. My preference is steamed crab but broiled is pretty good. Hopefully the kitchen can expand to steamed seafood soon!

Very fun experience overall and our waitress was very polite and charming. Kudos to the bar, they make a delicious margarita!

I went in for lunch and had the warmed lobster roll. Thus is a buttered on the outside and I think toasted in a frying pan. There is no mayo. Roll had too much butter for me. Also it was not a hotdog roll stuffed with lobster, but a think slice of bread with a shallow cut down the middle with some lobster. It came with fries for If I recall correctly $18.00. Not worth it to me when a few days ago I got 2 stuffed lobster rolls, the cold ones with mayo and some fries for about the same price or a little less from the red lobster lunch menu. My lunch companion had 8 shrimp in a basket with fries for $12.00. He said that they were good because they didn’t have too much better on them, but he thought that they were nothing special and that it was not good value for the money, especially compared to Juicy Seafood. Oh, the soup tasted good but there was not a piece of anything. Not even a potato. I don’t remember exactly what kind of chowder it was but it was some kind of seafood (clam, lobster???)
Just before the bathrooms is a sink to wash your hands. I appreciated this being the germaphobe that I am.
I will probably give this place another try but not anytime soon because there are so many other options and this first trip, though not horrible, it didn’t do much for me.

Overpriced for what you get. Over spiced and I like spicy foods. It did look appetizing but the taste didn’t match up. My appetizer was under cooked, mushy bread and the shrimp was overcooked. The server was great though, so the stars actually go to him.

Long wait times, oily, frozen foods and small portions. But moderately tasty.
They use far too many straws since they replace half empty water glasses with new ones instead of filling them up. That’s just wasteful.
Fried fish didn’t come with any sauce
“Cajun” fries were good. Coleslaw was ok.
The restaurant is nice, good decor and lighting.

I attended the Grand opening. We waited a good 10 min. Our server was pleasent and the food was seasoned and tastful. The dinning area was clean and atmosphere pleasent. There wasnt a wow factor it was ok. I would recommend if your in the mood for seafood. All food is boiled and in a bag. You can create your own combo, drinks were nicely made. I almost forgot, what was really delicious was there seafood toast. It was crabmeat, cheese and shrimp on garlic butter toast. I highly recommend you try.
