This Team realy put on a great Valentines dinner. Food great as always but unique decor and all in semi formal serving dress. We had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you soooo much. Well worth the ride from Pensacola.

Horrible experience don’t go to this Waffle House. Someone broke in front of me while I had already been waiting a while, worker saw it & didn’t do anything.. then waited 20 min to get my to go order & I ordered a plate of hash browns, paid $10 for maybe a third of the portion I’m used to getting.

First off, what good is it to have a phone? Having a machine tell you to place your order online is a waste—especially when no one answers if there’s a problem. I placed an order online for a chicken melt bowl and a waffle, and who in the world was the cook? Why would they think it’s acceptable to serve that to anybody?
The hashbrowns were completely burnt—not crispy, not golden, just black and hard. There was zero care or effort put into the food. I tried calling back to complain and, of course, no one answered. And why would you put that nasty butter that’s been touched by everyone on the inside with my waffle instead of in the bag?
Honestly, this experience doesn’t even deserve the one star it forced me to give. If you’re not going to answer the phone, or at least make food with basic quality, take the phone and the online ordering system down. Completely unacceptable.
