Shake Shack is one of the best fast food chain restaurants there is. From the excelllent options, Smokehouse burger is a favorite, along with chicken bites. My husband had a birthday last month, and he missed the free shake promo. Theresa, the manager, was very accommodating and presented John with a ‘free shake’. That was stellar! It’s a great shake!

I only get takeout from here but it seems to keep getting worse over the past couple years. Every time I get a burger it’s greasier and greasier. Messier too. This was the new Korean shack burger and you can see the grease pooling around my fingers. The Korean sauce wasn’t evenly distributed so most bites I didn’t get any Asian flavor. Other shakeshack locations aren’t like this.

I came to this restaurant based on reviews they had good reviews so I came. I travel for work and always seen these Shake Shacks all over but never stopped. Carlos was the person who took my order, he was nice and kind very friendly. My food was fresh and good like I asked. Extra Crispy Chicken and Fries. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful. Great Shake Shack location, conveniently located by the Menlo Park Mall and off Route #1 . Strangely there is only one small entrance to enter the parking lot , a big miss to have no direct access from Route #1 as the parking lot can get bottled up.
Otherwise the location is very well constructed with plenty of outdoor seating and nice lighting through out the restaurant.
Food has been consistently good. Wouldn’t recommend the gluten free bun unless you have no choice. The bun tasted dried out and tough. Tried the Truffle Burger and the savory taste was off the charts. Very good umami !! Yummy ! Definitely recommend the truffle burger while they still serve it.
Good spot to grab a quick burger and fries.

This has been the cleanest and most friendly Shake Shack that I have ever been to. The team members here were all very helpful when my guest and I had questions about the menu, they were very knowledgeable and recommended the right burger for our tastings. Kudos to our cashier “Jessica D.” For helping us out. I will definitely recommend this specific Shake Shack to my friends and family, along with making sure I come back for all my future burger needs .

This is my second time having Shake Shack but first time at this location. This location was clean, every table was spotless with no trash left behind. The floors were clean and not sticky, like some fast food restaurants. The Shake shack burger is one of the best, crispy edges on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries are nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. Next time I will try the vegetarian burger. Lastly, the staff were great, 4 different workers greeted me as I was coming and as I was leaving. Great customer service.

Tasty burger, I ordered the black truffle cheeseburger which had crispy fried onions on it. Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were a little well done for my liking but that’s just personal preference. The half lemonade half iced tea was tasty but had about 3 ice cubes in it so my drink was warm. They have free self-serve triple filtered water and the option for gluten free buns which is nice for those with Celiac. Outdoor seating is available.

Although the service was fast and the atmosphere was nice, the chicken sandwich that I got would have been nicer had the top bun covered the entirety of the chicken breast. After taking three bites, there was little to no top bun remaining which meant I was holding the chicken breast along with the remaining lettuce and tomatoes and the bottom bun. DO BETTER SHAKE SHACK!!
