Such good Thai food! I’ve driven from Chapel Hill on multiple occasions to eat here (even though it was to meet a friend from Greensboro). Despite the Google listing, as of July, 2014, it’s not closed! and it’s in the same spot it has been for the last couple of years. If you like Thai, try Dan Thai–you won’t regret it.

Given it’s location, I wasn’t expecting much. I was very very very wrong! The food was fantastic, the service was fast and friendly and the prices were much better than other Thai restaurants I’ve eaten at within the past couple of years. This is truly a local treasure!

Great food. Decent prices. The wait staff were extremely nice. We will be going here again. If any of you are confused as we were, this place is definitely open and it is a sit down restaurant. It’s actually quite nice inside but you wouldn’t know that since the blinds are usually closed. Give this place a try. Im sure they could use the business.
