Another different Starbucks while on Vaca in TN and another great experience. Don’t care where you go it’s almost always fabulous! Friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and of course I expected nothing less! Thank you again for making me feel comfortable while I dinned in…

My experience at Starbucks was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant, the store was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing coffee break or a quick bite to eat. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied.

I frequent this Starbucks location regularly, often utilizing the drive-thru for convenience. While I understand that high traffic can lead to occasional delays or brief interactions, I generally keep my orders concise and straightforward to accommodate the pace. That said, my visit today was particularly disappointing, not due to a rush but rather a lack of basic courtesy.

Despite there being no line and no apparent rush, the employee taking my order was noticeably curt, impatient, and dismissive. Throughout the interaction, she cut me off multiple times mid-sentence, and at one point, turned her back and walked away while I was in the middle of asking a question — a gesture that felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

At nearly $10 for a single beverage after gratuities, one would hope that, at the very least, the order is correct, and the customer is treated with a modicum of respect. Unfortunately, neither occurred.

This location’s customer service has steadily declined, and today’s experience felt emblematic of an increasingly entitled attitude among the staff. If this is the only Starbucks on your route, as it is for me, be prepared to trade quality service for mere convenience.

I strongly encourage management to address these behavioral patterns during pre-shift meetings. If customer interaction is such a burden for certain employees, perhaps it’s time to reassess whether this is the right role for them.

Service was good and order was made correctly. The location itself was nice and clean. Plenty of parking and drive thru.

Great coffee place right off the interstate. Not too busy, short wait for order. Mobile ordering available here. Highly recommend.

AVOID.

So backed up and extremely disorganized. Avoid this location like the plague unless you want to be there for 30 minutes plus just to get a coffee.

Like that they offer the restaurant feel by ordering “for here” and getting your drink in a glass and not always having to drink from a plastic or paper cup. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The store is clean and comfortable.

Popped over here, and I’m generally not keen on Starbies. We (+1 was 15f) both got food that was warm and good. Her drink was extra this and extra that, and they KILLED IT!!!!
They were polite and seemed happy – I know that’s generally a baseline, but I’ve not seen that to be the case at all coffee shops.
Would actually *recommend* this particular store, which I’ve not felt about a Starbucks ever, I don’t think.
I guess that’s pretty good, isn’t it?

Okay so I don’t usually do reviews but Natalie at this Starbucks? She’s seriously the best. The other day I was kinda all over the place trying to figure out what I wanted and she was so patient and sweet helping me pick out a drink. Like, she actually listened and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Then the next day I went back and she remembered my name?? That blew me away. Even though the place was packed and crazy busy, she stayed so chill and super friendly the whole time. Honestly, she made my day and I’m definitely coming back just because of her. If you ever get her at the register, you’re lucky!

Beautiful nice looking store but they won’t let customers in! Forcing everyone into a long drive-thru line. Not good customer service… Especially on a nice Friday morning. EDIT: After waiting through the long line at the drive-thru, I asked if there was an accident or why they weren’t open. They were fully staffed but the front counter order machines weren’t working. That was all. So they wouldn’t let customers in to sit down or use the WiFi or use the restrooms just because the order machine was down? What about the app? Why not let people in and just put the sign at the counter instead? Really bad management decision. Also, they got the order wrong… moving from two stars initially down to one…
