At first it seemed like the lady taking my order seemed frustrated at me for their messed up speaker but when I got to the window she was very nice all the food was good and all my order was correct HOWEVER the food was also VERY hot and one of my chicken strips was burnt, BUT who really needs to eat 4 chicken strips anyways lol, that’s why I took off one star though because the food burnt my mouth pretty bad and one of them was burnt but I guess it was just freshly cooked, the med dip cone was huge and tasty as well. I subbed onion rings and they weren’t skimpy with them like other DQs so I was pretty happy about that.

Me and my friend came through to grab something around 9:30 one night. We both ordered chicken strip baskets. When we got home and ate it, after a few bites we noticed the chicken was weird and possibly undercooked. well about 12 hours after eating the chicken, extreme nausea set in for the both of us. diarrhea, throwing up, chills. all of it. that chicken made us sick. -1/10 will not eat at this location again.

Window employees are absolutely horrible every single time I go. They always look at you like you are bothering them and ALWAYS have a BAD attitude!! They never greet you with any kindness and sling your stuff out the window then slam it. If you dont have any customer service skills you are in the wrong business. I really hope fast food workers get better because it is pretty bad no matter where you go. I quit going to DQ because of the bad attitudes but decided to try it again and nothing has gotten any better at all!!

Ill never go back. I ordered a banana split and blizzard through the drive through. When I got to the window the cashier was not friendly, never greeted us just asked for the money, gave me the blizzard with no lid was already melting. Then handed me the banana split in just a container. I had to ask for spoons and napkins. If they had of been interested in customer service instead of all joking, laughing and talking they might have give me my split in a bag with utensils and napkins.. get to the house opened my banana split and there’s very little ice cream. What ice cream was in there was almost completely melted. I have never seen this in my life at DQ. I know this one just lost my business.

How difficult is it to take simple directions and then follow the directions? Flamethrower burger with no lettuce, tomato, or onion – no other crazy or weird directions….and this what is given. Unacceptable, will not only never be going here again, I will be actively keeping everyone I know away from this location.

My fiancé had placed a mobile order at this location on accident, we tried to cancel the order on the app but the only way to cancel the order is through calling the store you placed it at. So we called and the two women we spoke to had no common sense or decency. They would just repeat back exactly what we said or tell us we placed the order wrong. It was like talking to a brick wall. We just wanted to get a refund and the only way Is the store doing it themselves. So there’s $ out the window because of the incompetence of your employees. I will be letting others know.
