I arrived for an early dinner on a Friday afternoon. I was initially disappointed that the buffet was only available on Sundays, but had an excellent experience anyways. Service and food were both great!

Do not eat here on Sundays for their buffet. The food is combinations of cold, tough, greasy, old, and all of it under seasoned. I ordered some fried pork wonton to go. They are entirely wrapper with maybe a quarter of a teaspoon of pork. Ridculas for the price. Pictures below. The cost of the buffet is was overpriced for the quality.

I haven’t been here for years until tonight. Back when I was a little kid, I remember eating at the old location in the house down the street when it was still owned by the original owners.
Anyway, when we walked in to eat today, I got a littler nervous because there was only one other group eating at the restaurant. But once the food started coming out, I was so impressed. The pan fried potstickers were so crispy and good. There were 4 of us, so we tried 4 different entrees and loved all of them. I love their take on teriyaki chicken. It’s dark meat chicken with a really liquidy sticky sweet sauce. The sesame chicken was so crispy and the sauce was sweet and tangy. Their eggrolls are more New York style, very crispy and stuffed with lots of cabbage. I absolutely loved them. The shrimp fried rice took me back to when I was a kid. It was so good.
I live in Los Angeles and have access to lots of great American Chinese food there. Chinese pavilion in sherwood could compete with the good places in LA.
There was no buffet when we ate tonight, but I would only order the fresh-cooked items off of the menu anyways, unless the restaurant was super crowded and the food was getting replenished on the buffet frequently.
Anyways, as with any Chinese food, you got to eat it in the restaurant to get the full quality. Anything crispy gets steamed and soggy riding home in to-go containers. It’s best right out of the wok.

They finally brought the buffet back, but I think it’s only on Sunday. Overall the food is decent but not earth shattering. They had some dishes I usually don’t see at other spots like sliced sausages, thinly sliced potatoes, meatballs, etc. And the mainstays like broccoli beef and pepper steak had a different look to them. Like the broccoli wasn’t as green and vibrant as in other buffets. Like I said, everything was ok but I have better options closer to my house.

If i could give them a zero I would the only thing was good was the tea I ordered vegetable lo mein no vegetables was in it. It was dry tasteless. The Beef Fried rice look like somebody had threw up in it I have never in my life had any food that tasteless i couldnt believe how dry it was a waste of my money over 90.00 dollars wasted

Really enjoyed their Sunday buffet. There was a good selection, everything tasted great (except the sushi), and everyone was very friendly. I can see why so many that came in were regulars!

Oh my! Really really delicious Chinese cuisine! Authentic! We love this restaurant! Come visit! Call for take out! Never ever be disappointed! Pictures I have are when we dined in. We ordered the Shrimp Tempura and the Cho Cho. So good! Then for entrees, Lake Tung Ting Shrimp and Beef and Scallops. Fabulous! Then we have ordered take out twice. No pics for those times. We could not wait to eat our food! Lol! We have ordered the combination Fried Rice! They have one of the best Fried Rice. They could easily compete with Fantastic China in our humble opinion. And we live in Sherwood, we are so glad we found this restaurant! We also have tried the General Tso’s Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken! Soooooo GOOD! You will never be disappointed! Come hungry and try their other dishes! Happy eating!

The food is very fresh, hot and very good. They have the best crab rangoon in the area. Never have to wait and they are Very attentive. We enjoy going everytime.

I ate here three days in a row they have some great food. The egg rolls are the best I have ever had. Also the crab rangoon I could eat them all day they are so delicious
