Totally DISGUSTED with Taco Bell on Sunrise Highway in Seaford. Please read!
I have a special needs son and today he earned Taco Bell for getting his stitches out after a minor procedure. I received a phone call from his comm hab staff that the workers behind the counter were making fun of him because he was getting anxious waiting for his food. She said it was very obvious and they had no shame. They even went as far mimicking his actions. This did NOT sit right with me, so I went to Taco Bell myself demanding to talk to the manager and the workers involved. The manager REFUSED to give me her name and denied ever doing anything meanwhile, my comm hab staff saw her do this! She didn’t even apologize, she had no remorse what so ever. She actually had a smirk on her face as I was telling her how disrespectful and rude she was. Instead of trying to get through to her— I told her I was going right to HR and that’s exactly what I did. The only one that was nice and respectful of my son was the cashier Juliana, who felt so bad.they were acting like that she even went over to see how my son was doing. It was so nice of her
My son left there feeling upset when he was looking forward to it all day. How dare they feel that comfortable and confident to make fun of someone with special needs especially right in front of his face. He patronizes them often, but WE WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

Update 11/12/23: the service was still great but the quality of the food has gone down while the prices have skyrocketed. The Dorito Nacho taco had nothing really in it and the shell was partially crushed. We opted to dine it, too.
I always get the unsweetened ice tea and it was watered down. I’m not sure how they make it but it wasn’t good. Can’t say we’ll be back again.
Previous review: Very fresh food at a reasonable price. Clean bathrooms. They offer vegetarian options which is also great. I’ve found that the service at this location is very fast and friendly.

Very long wait at the drive through around 12:30 AM early on a Sunday morning, February 1, 2026. Drive through line moved very slowly. I had to wait for 25 minutes. Definitely not fast food. Not that many customers either. Just really slow when they close the dining room, the drive through can take over 20 minutes.

I went to this location maybe an hour ago, and attempted to get the new MTN Dew flavor Baja Midnight.
I successfully ordered the beverage, but tasted it and it seemed off. It seemed like I was just drinking seltzer. I told the cashier and he got the manager. The manager at this location proceeded to tell me, “that’s just how the drink tastes”. I did not want to argue with him, I understand the stressful environments in fast food, but that is NOT how the drink tastes.
In order to prove my own doubts, I went to another Taco Bell location, in Amityville. I ordered the same exact beverage and to my delight it tastes like MTN Dew Midnight.
The manager at the Massapequa location simply did not want to deal with the issue, and proceeded to tell me “that’s just how the drink tastes” without even *checking* if it seemed off. Not happy, may not return.
For reference, here is the difference between the two beverages I received, you tell me which one looks like it tastes correct:

In my nacho belle Grande, there was some kind of label mixed in. Hard to read as it was covered in cheese but I think it said chaluppa along with other writing. Maybe from a plastic wrapper the food is shipped in. Also, I kept telling the worker at the counter it looked like we were missing something. After many back and forths, I took the stuff out of the bag. He was right, but never said he put the quesadilla under the nacho belle Grande. It is completely flat and couldn’t be seen. Then he got snarky when I found it.

Orders are always accurate. The service is fast, how a fast food place should be. Good prices and good portions. My go to is the steak chalupa supreme. As it can be seen in the picture it’s not messy and ingredients fill the chalupa shell.

Guy working the window taking orders with the glasses and man bun, speaking in the most disrespectful tone saying, “drive up”, and then when i get to the window he tells me it’s gonna take another 6 minutes for them to make the new empanada on their menu, and as he’s telling me that, he spits on me. Fire that guy. And that’s not fast food if its gonna take 6 minutes c’mon. Get ponytail Derek out of this location.
