I ordered chocolate chip waffles and when I got there they gave me some excuse on why I had to sit and wait for a simple quick meal ok no problem I’ll wait and after arriving back home I realized they gave them to me with no chocolate chips. How incompetent is someone to not know how to do something so simple. I tried to call and they don’t even have a god damn number to call smh won’t ever be going there again that place is straight trash!!

I usually dine at this location when I want Waffle House. I was here two weeks ago and had stellar service and food. Today, my son and I went for breakfast and there were only a few customers. We immediately sat at the end, the low table. We sat for over 10 minutes with no greeting or service. Then a young lady approached us and said she’d be with us in a couple minutes. Then I watched a pair of folks who came in and were immediately greeted and sat and served their drinks. I decided to leave. We went to the location in Martinsburg off season miller. The place was packed but one couple were leaving, the staff immediately wiped down the table got our drinks and took our orders in two minutes! No excuse Inwood!

I don’t like that you can’t call the store. Understand you can’t place an order over the phone but you can’t call and talk to anyone either if there is something wrong. Then the online website doesn’t allow you to make all modifications. Like I want extra cheese in my hashbrown bowl, not an option. If you are going to force us to only do online ordering at least make it like we could be standing in the store to order

My husband took me out to breakfast for the first time in , 6+ years we’ve eaten at Waffle House and what a disappointment my food was burnt all except the eggs and toast! I had to return the bacon and should’ve returned the hash browns they crunched like potato chips, but the eggs and toast were delish and cooked right.
