About a month ago I ordered 3 pizzas for my family and when we got home the pizza dough was raw. I spend approximately $70. My call to the restaurant was ignored. My two calls to the corporate office were ignored. My email sent via the website was ignored. Not one person got back to me. I didn’t even want a refund but maybe credit due to the raw pizza dough but it was impossible to get through to anyone. I’ve been eating at Dion’s since high school in the 1990’s but I’m seriously contemplating not giving them any of my money anymore. We love Dion’s but they obviously don’t care about us, they got our $$$ and that’s good enough for them. I included photos, the white you are seeing is the raw dough, it is not cheese.

Usually alright, that’s why I never check my order. I drive home, 30 miles away, sit down to have my dinner and this is what I get, 2 small slices, maybe cutting back?? Then there isn’t any pepperoni at all in which I ordered and paid for, very little onions as well. We get charged for every topping, and then they don’t add the toppings. Very disappointed Dion’s.. it’s not a lot of money, it’s the principle.. pay for something.. you should get that something, right? do better and maybe we’ll be back

When I say this pizza was so full of cheesy goodness, I mean it! Been to a Dions in Albuquerque and was not impressed, but this one was so good, I am craving more already! This is how to keep people coming back, lots of toppings and cheese! Spent $100 on pizza salads and drinks, and it was worth every penny!!!

It’s a family friendly place, so there are kids here, no big. Half Greek salad, really good portion and fresh ingredients! Friendly service, when you walk in, you walk up to the counter and order, pay, give your name and wait for it to be called in the speaker. claim a seat. The salad was about a 10 minute long wait, the thin crust 10″ gourmet pizza, 20. I would definitely return! $23.40 with a large fountain drink.

More than half the team, including the “manager” sat behind the cash wrap, having conversations complaining about the schedule. When I went to inform them about the lack of paper towel towels in the bathroom, I was told that they are off the clock and then I would have to speak to the associate wiping down the tables currently.
They have cell phones In the area where they are prepping foods, the person’s wiping down the tables is only using one class to wipe down all tables, not washcloth, just a cloth, extremely unprofessional, and concerning never again..

I’d give the food 4 1/2 Stars if that was available. Service is excellent. I like the option of getting a fruit salad and my go-to is their turkey subs with the Dion’s dressing. I add green chili. Just writing it here makes my mouth water!
